The front desk staff was very helpful. The property and room were clean. It was comfortable to stay here multiple nights.

This is a $70/night place and they charge $200/night. It is old, smells from 50 years invade your senses. They have put nice lipstick on but have not maintained well

The whole room had a strong smell of disinfectant, the bathroom smelt of sick which did not go and made using the room for longer than 10 seconds unbearable. Sheets smelt like cigarette smoke. The AC unit was very old and sounded like a train was in the room all night. No water provided at all.

Housekeeping was knocking on door at 11:01 while we were packing. Front desk was calling 10 minutes later. They basically chased us out

We stay here with our pet 3 times a year! It is clean, quiet, easy parking, and the beds are extremely comfortable. We love the ability to travel with our pet!!!

It was in a good location off of the freeway but the room was musty smelling and, in general, in need of some updates. The breakfast was not great; choices could have been added to make it better.

It wasn’t 3-4 stars but it was clean and served the purpose. Breakfast was pretty good overall.

Check in was seamless. I was not happy that I paid 77.00 for my 2 little dogs. Did not see that price when I booked the room or I probably would’ve went with the Airbnb room.

So far of all comfort inn that weve been, this is the best one. Clean,comfortable,friendly staff & we loved the overlooking view.

Not sure if the bathroom had an odor from the blow dryer, but it was a terrible smell each time you entered the bathroom

We got there one hour before check-in, our room was ready, the motel was nearly empty and we had to pay an early check-in fee of $25. Please!!!

Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Wish they offered a smart TV option.

The front desk staff (the afternoon shift AND the evening shift were very distant and dismissive when assistance was requested...the MOST dismissive was when my TV remote would not work...they simply said "someone can help you after 8 AM TOMORROW MORNING (no offer to try aa remote from somewhere else in the hotel..(peraps and empty room) The inconvenience was not for entertainment.. but for monitoring SEVERE WEATHER for travel the nextday after checckout....I SHARED this concern with the desk clerk...no comment

The hotel is nice. The air unit in rm 516 was very loud. I couldn't sleep due to the rattling noise the air unit made. Otherwise it would've been great.

Average. Could have had better breakfast and shower amenities
