Great shuttle service to airport

Room was nice, clean, everything was good

The automatic door wasn't working, sign said due to extreme cold weather, its March and was only -5 and i travel alone with my daughter in a wheelchair, carrying our bags and pushing a wheelchair. Ordered roomservice for supper at 5:45 and got it at 7:40, super disappointed. Called twice and each time they said it was on it's way.

Soiled linen in the hallways. Garbage at doors from food delivery.

Our room was spacious, and the bed very comfy. Restaurant was excellent, both for dinner and for breakfast. Our only complaints were the lineup at the check-in desk, and the very cold weather in Saskatoon for loading/unloading our luggage.

Checkin was very quick and smooth. Room was dated. Bedside reading lamp didn’t work. Carpet edge was tattered, bathroom baseboards swollen. Bedding a bit tattered and worn. Corners of bathroom floors not very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Kids had a blast at the pool area, although there were no fresh towels there. I had to phone front desk and wait about a hour for some to be brought. Lovely tropical garden decor surrounding pool. Went to the restaurant for supper. Very nice atmosphere and appealing menu. Kid’s menu could use some healthier options.

Break fast was good.

Garbage was still left from previous guest. Could not control room temperature. Room Was uncomfortably hot. Refrigerator not working properly and making malfunctioning noises.

Airport shuttle excellent. Hotel clean and quiet...lots of parking.

It was so unbearably hot in our room that we could barely sleep. The one elevator was still broke down like it was a month and a half ago. No housekeeping to our room at all, even to change the garbage. The light in the bedroom did not work. The closet door was hanging on only by one hinge and almost fell on my grandson. Our coffee maker did not work and I had to ask 3 times for a new one. I asked for clean towels and got none. They were supposed to send someone to bring them to my room and never did. I will not be staying here again

Carpet has stains on it, bathroom could use some work.

This hotel is one of my favorite when i stay in Saskatoon. Its such a relaxed atmosphere and I love that❤️

The room wreaked of cigarette smoke including towels and bedding. There was portable heater to heat the room. There was a big party across the hall that kept up us up all night. They were yelling and fighting in the hallways, along with kicking in doors. Highly don't recommend staying here. My children woke to yelling and fighting and were scared.

It's been a few years since we stayed here. Previous stays we were more than satisfied. Since a conference we attended was held there we felt ok with staying there once again. However the stay was, MAYBY just ok. Not sure if we would go back. It was obvious to us that the hotel is showing its age. In much need of some simple maintenance. Such as toilet seat that needs replacing. Ice bucket with no lid. Even after mentioning that it was missing and it would be replaced, it wasn't. Lack of proper bath towels and wash cloths. There was no Bath Mat. Had to use a towel, after finding room cleaner that had some. A lack of electrical plugs ( and now with new technology more plugs and usb ports, we had to have items plugged in at various locations that were not handy locations) and when looking behind bed for one, was horrified at how dirty the wall and floor was. Also from previous visits was looking forward to a hot tub relax before going to bed, but it was not operational as it's boarded over. Why I didn't even bother asking as I was miffed at that point already and probably wouldn't have said anything nice. So all in all, We won't be staying there again anytime soon unless we hear there are a doing a renovation

Do not bother with this hotel. I didn't even stay. There was an elevator out of order which could be overlooked but the room wasn't clean. I got up to my room and immediately booked one elsewhere. The bathroom counter backsplash was dusty and there was a hair on the counter. There was what looked to be an eyelash clump or something on the floor by the shower, appeared to be mold growing on the drop ceiling above the shower, the windows were drafty. The bed was exceedingly uncomfortable and years past it's usefulness.The bed linens were snagged and looked ratty, there was some hair on the bed as well. The drawer on the desk wouldn't even stay shut. Everything was exceedingly run down. This used to be a beautiful hotel, but it is in dire need of an overhaul.

Room was in need of a refresh Overall the building is nice.

There could be some less expensive options at the restsurant 35.00 for a sandwich, fries and pop was a bit much, although good.
