Not what I expected from a Sheraton hotel and certainly not good for a Mariott property. The TV would not work without the remote for the TV. Guess what the staff was busy. phoned twice. went down and talked to the desk staff. Just think if you had a serious problem would they simply be to busy. TV never fixed. So maybe try another hotel chain if you want a TV. Very Poor for your Brand.

Shuttle was perfect!

We made reservations on 10/04 for stay 10/10. Check-in @3pm. Showed up to 4:38. Room not ready..was told to wait. We had been up since 1am & were exhausted. After complaining, they shuffled rooms around & got us a room w/in 30 min Received an email at 7:38 pm that our original room was now ready. What is the point of a reservation if the hotel is not ready to receive you? Also, the air conditioner was super noisey..rattled a lot! Honestly, wouldn't stay here again.

Shuttle is only available upon check out. Only one of us flew out. So we had to do the drop off ourselves. High note, airport departure terminal was a minute away

Welcoming

The airport shuttle was easy to find, quick and the driver was accommodating. The food in the restaurant was high quality and the server pleasant. Check in was courteous and efficient. The room was clean and spacious. The bar was convivial.

The air conditioning in the room doesn’t work. The restaurant is closed due to lack of staff. The bathroom door grinds against the floor. The window looks like it is meant to open, but it doesn’t. I chose to stay here because it is walking distance to the airport and we have an early flight. I regret that decision.

Our tv didn’t work. Notified staff and engineer came and tried to fix without success. We didn’t see him again. Told the staff to fix before next renters. Staff was jolly, servers were fun.

Our Tv did not work and our shower was broken. By the time we discovered both it was midnight and after a concert and we didn't want to pack up our things and move rooms but definitely a major inconvenience

Hotel was clean and quiet. Would stay here again.

Renovations still underway, but everything was functional. No ice machines were working. Better than I expected from recent terrible reviews.

Just didn’t feel like the staff cared at all. It was a nonchalant vibe .

We like staying here as it is very close to the airport. It’s been a few months since we have stayed, but we did notice there seems to be some cosmetic upgrades going on. Starting to look really good. One thing I would know, is that whatever new tile/flooring they put in the bathroom, is very slick when it is wet.?! Even when using the bathmat, if your feet aren’t totally dry when you step out onto that flooring, just be careful. and a nonslip mat/material in the shower would go a long way too. We always love a comfort bed, but all four pillows were of the ultrasoft variety. Offering one firm hello and one hard would go a long way to improving sleep. other than that, we will definitely be back.
