The room smelled like urine. I tried to move. This is the second time a room has smelled poorly.

Excellent as always highly appreciate the complete Lucerna staff for making our stay always fabulous

We will definitely stay here again, however, there is no refrigerator in the room and it is not very big room. The hotel grounds are really nice, but lots of construction in the area.
