Loved the convenience of this hotel being so close to downtown! Great staff and beautiful hotel, will go again

The room was amazing, access to the Mary browns center was great, a continental breakfast would have been nice. They did have a Keurig, coffee, tea and water in the room which was a delight. The underground parking was great as it was raining while I was there.

Clean,well kept room. I would like to see 2 chairs beside a desk chair ( which is not comfortable to sit in to watch Tv.)

Gorgeous views of St. John’s harbour, lovely lobby with an updated, modern looking restaurant/bar and a Starbucks. Staff were friendly and helpful. Truly the place to be if you’re headed to the stadium next door for an event or the conference centre as both are connected via skywalk. Steps from all that downtown has to offer.

The beds are phenomenal very soft and fluffy. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Hotel room and staff were great. However, we had planned the stay with our 2 girls as a night away with swimming and snacks, and upon arrival we were told the pool was out of service. They did give us the option to go to a near by hotel and use their pool, which was great. It just would have been ideal if we had gotten info before our arrival.

Nice big room with lots of natural light and a seating area. Very spacious bathroom. Lots of windows.

Staff was friendly knowledgeable and kind. I didn’t dine in but if you are looking for breakfast on the go, the options are very limited. The rooms clean and convenient location if you are heading to the convention centre or the stadium.

The buffet was fresh and delicious, the hot tub was clean and hot and the sauna was relaxing.

Very disappointed with the service. The toilet was broken, the shower was broken, the parking lot was under construction and the front desk information was terrible for reference to the parking. There was no apology or a credit if any sort while we were there or leaving. I will never return to this hotel
