clean room comfortable bed close to many amenities including a restaurant Caseys just off the Lobby .

I booked this for friends that were attending our daughter's wedding. I heard nothing terrible about this place from them

Room stated that it sleeps 6, two full size beds does not sleep 6. Rooms are small and outdated. Carpets are in rough shape and our toilet broke within the first 10 minutes. We will not be staying here again.

The shower was cold and the drapery and details could be updated in the room.

Hotel was clean, convenient and comfortable , but I’m not sure I’d stay again. The rooms and hallways are straight out of the 90s and need updating.

Dog dish in the room. Felt unsanitary. Beds were springy. Outdated.

Booked the Water Tower as it is one of the few properties in the Sault to still have a hot tub. Sad to see the indoor hot tub is down for repairs (heard from one of the patrons it has been down for quite some time). At least the outdoor hot tub was operational. Beds are quite comfortable and the room is clean. Really, all I ask for

So far so good! The front deask person was excellent! The staff of the restaurant was excellent!

Stayed two nights. The room and washroom were clean, and the staff were friendly. Check-in was smooth and painless. Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The AC in my room was extremely loud—woke me up several times the first night. I reported it to the front desk, and they said it would be fixed, but nothing changed. Same issue the second night. I didn’t feel I got value for my money. The swimming pool has very limited and unusual hours, which wasn’t convenient. Also tried Casey’s Grill Bar—disappointing, all the dishes we have tried were mediocre at best . Next time, I’ll be looking elsewhere.

This hotel choice be great. However. Rooms do NOT have a bottle of water. At 350 dollars a night, I feel this is not reasonable. Needed a small table - bed side didn’t have one. Front desk far from helpful. And breakfast is serve yourself coffee and pricey. Again considering the price of the room. Disappointed. Should have gone to the Delta. More money but better.

The rooms are outdated with peeling, loose wallpaper, old carpet and the beds are very uncomfortable. They need to invest in nice new mattresses. The room was cleaned daily. The coomon areas were nice including pub and grill.

So far have not had time to enjoy a dip

Beautiful

Too many ridiculous rules for kids to have fun. No breakfast provided. The pool area has gone down hill. Will not stay there ever again. You end up paying too much for mediocre service.
