Amazing outdoor pool! Perfect temp, great depth (9feet!) plus a kiddy pool and hot tub- we never wanted to leave!

Older hotel. Clean, small room, access rooms from outside balcony. No elevator. We had small children and had suitcases to carry up.

We have stayed here several times, coming and going to visit family in the mountains. Make no mistake, this is a budget hotel. That said, the beds are extremely comfortable, the rooms are clean with a decent TV and an OK shower. An above-average breakfast, and they are very friendly. We will be back.

Breakfast was very nice several items to choose from. Dog fee on their site was listed at $15/dog, but has been raised to $25/pet. Lots of construction on the interstate so confusing getting off at Ogallala right now. They are remodeling areas of the motel now too. Entrances to rooms are from the outside and be aware it is two stories but there is NO elevator. Has area to walk dogs but no bags available that I saw but brought my own. Overall a 2 star motel a bit overpriced.

This is a motel, not a hotel. The property isn’t very well kept up. The breakfast offered good options,l. I always look for fresh fruit to add to cereal or yoghurt and didn’t see any except whole apples and bananas.

The breakfast was included, which is always appreciated. The bed was comfortable enough. After a fire there last year, it has gotten a little run down. Needs some TLC.

Our room was gross. The bed had hair in it, the whole room was dusty, the carpet felt slimy, I found a dead bug in the fridge. I could hear the people talking in the room next to ours. There was dog poop all over outside. The front desk staff was rude. The breakfast was missing several items. They offer coin-laundry but did not have any quarters at front desk. We ended up leaving before our checkout day (no refund) due to how terrible this place was.

This place was gross, there were stains all over my bedsheets and comforter, cockroach in the room, bathroom was dirty and i decided no shower was going to be taken that night. Went to breakfast the next morning and although they had 2 waffle makers, they're was no waffle batter. I would not recommend staying here, there's probably better places to stay in Ogallala.

Hotel could use some updating. Staff was nice and quick. Area around hotel not the best but not the worst.

the resturant had good food and good service. They were slow in getting our rooms ready.

Photos are deceiving, property is fairly run down. Not kept up well, I know what to typically expect with a Quality Inn but I thought this property was worse than most.

We had a nice 2 day stay there. Great swimming pool and yummy breakfast. Would stay there again.

The staff at check-in reported a double booking from Expedia. Instead of working to try and find the root of the issue and help resolve, he only wanted to rush through the check-in procedure as I was trying to show the email confirmations I had. The error may be on Expedia's side, but the staff is trying to book me twice when I have no second confirmation for this hotel. I will be disputing if a second charge arises for this hotel as there only on room booked under my name on my end. To be clear, I only booked one room, have only received one email confirmation for this hotel for 1 room, and haven't seen any further charges to my card since ending the check-in procedure. This may have to be disputed with Expedia as I do not agree to paying for something that doesn't appear as booked on my end.

Breakfast room was very small for the size of the hotel. No juice or fruit offered. Floors were dirty.

Room was clean and quiet. Hallway smelled like beef jerky.
