How about photos that show the actual room you are renting not some upgraded suite. Would not stay again. The photos on line show an upgraded room. When you arrive they try to upsell you. I took the room as it was depicted in the photos. Absolute worn out dump not like the photos for sure. She asked me at the desk how the room was when I returned to dinner. I shook my head to be decent and not scare others at the counter. She replied I told you 20 dollars you could have a better room. How about refunding my money and I stay next door. The hired security guard beside the counter chuckled!

It looks like I was going to get stabbed at the entrance of the hotel.

The beds were comfy that was a bonus, however there was people outside that were on drugs and made me and my family feel unsafe.

Lobby was packed with people yelling and chatting. I could not hear anything the desk staff was trying to say to me. Out front, there were many people smoking within less than 10 feet of the door, and all along the sidewalk in front of the hotel. The smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke was everywhere. They need to make or allocate a smoking area at least 15 meters of the doors.

Hot tub is nice! Cleanliness was a bit of an issue. Found lots of other people’s hairs around our room and on sheets. The entrance smelled like cigarettes and marijuana smoke. Not the best.

They charged the $150 damage fee twice to my card. I am hoping the charges will reverse so I don't have to dispute with my bank.

Parking lot was icy, like no sand or salt was put down and snow blocking the pathway

There parking lot was not clean dew to snow and ice. I got struck and they said it was not there problem and i have to get tow

I didn't get a refund for the room bc i didnt even stay here

Quiet

It was a bed, last minute and needed. Cleaning services could pay a little more attention, shower had many long black hairs on the walls. Don't think carpet was vacuumed last couple visits. The riff Raff hanging around the front entrance is crazy. With a nightclub across street, many stragglers asking for change and cigarettes. On the good side, beds were comfortable, pillows were perfect. Kids enjoyed the pool, unfortunately the hot tub was out of order which was a bummer. Front counter was friendly. Would I stay here again, probably not.

The customer service was good. However the area that this hotel is in didnt feel safe later in the evening. Possibly some shady business going on within the lobby (not employee business)

The walk way to the dome was closed but not advertised. That's why I booked a room there. Also, noisy from people walking in the hallways to the street. And found the beds lumpy.

Bar,restaurant..

Swimmnig pool: bad organisation, very bad information... Room cleaning: no coffee, no shampoo, no new towels, no real cleaning... Reception: a young woman who does not speak either French or English... Quite expensive for what you get, indeed...
