I had booked this hotel room months in advance and when I had booked it I booked for 2 nights that came to a total of $480 with tax. Once I got there to check in, the receptionist had noted that there's a extra $100 being charged for incidentals. I would've gladly paid it with no fuss if I knew they would charge a extra $100. Online it did not say anything about charging $100 for incidentals right away. Other hotels in the city I had gone too only charged the amount of the room for the nights I was staying onto my credit card. If there were damages after my stay then they would charge the credit card. (I have not damaged anything anywhere, just stating what usually happens.) I understood, but wish there was something online stating this! As I have a set limit and I had to use my debit card to pay for the rest. Other then that the staff were friendly and helpful the amenities were clean and debris free. I only had to take note of the underground parking as the lower you go the pavement is chipping away and creating pot holes, but there was a cement worker working on that when I was there. Hopefully it gets fixed right away.

The hotel offers a wide range of amenities and is in a great location, with easy access to many nearby attractions and conveniences. However, our experience was mixed. we found items left behind from a previous guest in our room, which suggested that it had not been cleaned as thoroughly as expected. Additionally, the pool facilities were disappointing — there is no actual hot tub, just a warm pool, while the other pool was uncomfortably cold. The environment was also quite loud, as we could hear other guests, which made it difficult to relax. Overall, while the location and amenities are strong positives, the cleanliness, noise level, and pool experience could use improvement.

Went as a family so we had 3 rooms. They forgot to put glasses in our room but that was no big deal, had enough between the rooms. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only complaint would be is that the chairs are getting worn out. The beds are comfortable.

I want to thank the front desk staff for their friendliness, especially Ohla, who was able to help me check out and pay for my parking the night before I checked out in the morning.

It was a clean room and was well kept. Its just when I woke up in the morning mysheet came off the bed while sleeping there was sme blood stains on the mattress at bottom. I would not have noticed this otherwise. It grossed me out a bit but nothing could be done already slept on bed. Other than that it was fine.

Room is outdated and more concerning to myself is that it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. There was a scummy ring around the bathtub. Had not been cleaned.

Good place staff is wonderful and pool is nice and clean. The rooms needs a shake up to modern day vibes. Sunlight and more light colors. Fix structure and sound issues it has a good potential with it current staff just needs to have that vibrant clean colors and fresh carpet vibes

First experience was a couple fist fighting out in the parking lot. Room service guy was ignorant to my daughter. Stayed at the hotel with volleyball team but booked through hotels.com so I had to pay for parking and the team didn’t have to. I stayed in a more expensive room and the cleaning was not good at all. Dirt still on floor, jacuzzi tub had hair in it still, mirrors and glass not clean, hair in bed sheets. Definitely would never stay here again

They overbooked so I was left without a room.

Hot tub had no jets. Parking was expensive and inaccessible for anyone with mobility issues.

Nice rooms, staff was able to give us adjoining ones while staying in town for a funeral. Great breakfast and a lovely pool for such an affordable price.

Clean , comfortable bed and pillows . Staff were very welcoming and friendly .

Hotel areas always smelled clean and tidy all the time and very quiet

No gym access. Should be advertised prior to booking.

Need to upgrade there security measures and protect there guests privacy better.
