오성급이라기엔 살짝 못미치고 샹그리라라는 상징성이 더 큰거 같음. 시내쪽이라 다니기 편하고 부대시설 잘 운용 되고 있음. 객실은 깨끗하나 많이 낡았고 담배 냄새가 있을수 있고 방음은 안됨. 조식은 많이 중국틱하여 입이 안 맞을수 있음. 전반적으로 가격이 착해 용서가 됨.

깨끗하고, 침대가 편안하며, 부대시설이 작지만 알찼습니다. 직원들 모두 친절해서 지내는데 불편함이 없었고, 위치가 번화가와 인접하여 택시를 이용해 이동하는 것도 수월하였습니다. 공항픽업, 수영장, 점심 딤섬뷔페, 조식 등의 서비스를 이용하였고 비용이 합리적이고 훌륭했습니다.

장춘 시내에 위치하고 있고 주변에 백화점이 즐비하고 있어 식사와 쇼핑을 편리하게 해결할 수 있었습니다!

위치가 좋았습니다. 맛있는 저녁식사를 위한 식당을 추천해주셨는데 정말 맛있는 곳이었습니다. 그리고 아침에 공항픽업 서비스를 신청했는데, 예상보다 고급차를 보내줘서 매우 편안하게 공항까지 갈 수 있었습니다.

Hotel room was very clean room and comfortable for me. They have good and convenient location for shopping and business.

위치가 중심가에 있어서 쇼핑센터, 식당가를 가기가 매우 편리하고 객실이 깨끗하게 괸리되고 직원들도 친절해서 좋습니다. 가격도 합리적이라 추천합니다.

전체적으로는 괜찮았어요 모닝식사 별도비용 내야되는게 조금 기분이 안좋았어요 공항운행 리무진 있다했는데 없어요 택시 불러준다고 그러드라고요~

Worst five star and shangri la ive ever stayed at. 1. The reception area smells like the same air freshness many toilets in malls use. Five star hotels shouldn't be using toxic cancer air freshners. 2. The chinese restaurant was good, but one could smell the toxic cancer causing air freshners used in mall toilets. 3. The shower head in the room had a 2$ shower head with a 1$ plastic hose. Though the bathtub was very nice and room relatively clean. 4. Place is very dated, like revisiting the shang back in the 1970s. Never been updated. Though place is in great condition and very clean. 5. The gym and health club was nice and fiting of a 4 and 4.5 star hotel. 6. The lunch and breakfast served the absolutely cheapest foods...at a 5 star hotel. I love buffetts and love 5 star hotel buffets, but this one is a pass.

The Gym was good, hotel was a bit dated, but the entire area was undergoing construction so it was very difficult to get in/out of the hotel, lots of traffic jams and having to walk through broken concrete. Not a great experience for the price.

The hotel was of very good quality. Clean and convenient to transportation. The staff members were very friendly. We had a pleasant stay.

Great staff, good room and excellent breakfast.
