가격대비 방이너무좁고 편리함이없음

대만족이었습니다. 여름철이 비수기라서 그런지 가격도 합리적이었고, 방은 깨끗했고 발코니 경관도 좋았습니다. 체크인할 때 가족 모두에게 서비스 샴페인을 제공했고 (덜 차가와서 맛은 별로였지만 .. ^^) 수영장에 가서 앉을 의자만 정하면 빠른 속도로 타월 깔아주고 계속 얼음물 가져다 주는 직원들의 친절함 돋보였습니다. 아침 식사도 훌륭했습니다. 조슈아 다녀오느라 전날 저녁 식사 시간을 놓쳐서 라운지에서 맥주와 피자 등으로 한 끼를 해결했는데, 저녁 식사를 제대로 했으면 그것 역시 만족스러울 것 같았습니다. 기회가 되면 다시 들를 생각입니다.

두개의 수영장을 아이들이 함께이용하는곳과 성인이 이용하는곳으로 구분해놓아 프라이빗한 오붓함을 즐길수 있었고 특히 밤에는 1층 모닥불이 켜져 로맨틱한 분위기를 느낄수 있었음 친절한 서비스 훌륭한 음식 모든면에서 만족했음

I don’t think a resort fee of $50/ day should be charged at a resort you are already paying to stay at.

Staff was terrific, food very good and rooms were very good other than need to upgrade toilet paper! Great experience!

Property is old, unclean, and noisy rooms. Restaurant is mediocre but expensive. I was given $100 credit for the restaurant but after the having a meal there, didn’t use the credit. Cannot recommend for a five star hotel.

Celebrated my wife’s 35th birthday here and she was all smiles!!

Absolutely impeccable stay. We came for our honeymoon and felt so sad leaving. From the 5pm daily lobby manhattans to amazing recommendations in the surrounding areas. Most friendly staff. Shoutout Anthony and Brett!

Very disappointed with pool staff service. Spent the day by the pool with my wife and had to look for staff to get service and reminded them of extra towels I had asked for and they forgot to bring them to us. You had plenty of staff in the adult pool (6 employees) however they all hanged around the bar cabana. It was a hot day, understood however that’s why we needed better service. No supervisor around? Second complaint was at valet, scan code to retrieve my vehicle didn’t work, text message was also not valid, after mentioning it at the valet counter nothing was done to rectify the problem. We retrieved our car 3 times during our weekend stay and every time they struggled locating my keys. Third complaint was with internal restaurant booking, it was booked all weekend and no availability when we asked at concierge. I get it busy Labor Day weekend however it not booked by guest that are staying at the Hotel, why would you not open up outdoor or external restaurant dinning? We had to go to Morton’s steak house on Saturday night and Mastro’s on Sunday. We spent over $700 total on dining, Ritz should of taken that business.

We absolutely love the Ritz Carlton, we have stayed there countless times over the years. The Staff are amazing and treat us like Family!
