We enjoyed our overnight stay at this hotel very much. Oksana at the front was very friendly and helpful at check in. Breakfast was delicious. Our room was comfortable and clean.

Overall ok

Room we stayed was supposed to be non-smoking, but smell of smoke was everywhere. Staff at reception at check-in wasn't friendly at all, basic questions we asked were responded with raised eye-browse and repeating the same thing back to us over. For the price charged for one night stay they could really do a better job keeping rooms smoke-free and also perhaps teaching their reception basics in customer greeting and interaction.

Guests were up late and very loudd in the hallway!

Other than not being able to turn off the lights in room it was ok, thankfully there were extra towels to cover the lights that I could not turn off

The room is nice and spacious, breakfast standard food but tasty and plentiful. Only one elevator in service, and its decor needs refurbishing. Overall 8.5 out of 10.

Lovely to. Friendly check in & great location

The front desk staff weren’t very friendly. Complained about their boss in front of guests. One elevator was broken and the one working was scary. The door would open when moving. The hallway to our room smelled like pot both days.

Hotel is centrally located between Philadelphia and Sesame Place. Room was large enough for two adults and a toddler. AC worked and kept the room cold after a hot day. Staff was very friendly, regardless of the time of day we interacted with them. Biggest complaints: - The bed was the most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. The mattress bowed in the middle, I was left with a sore back after my two night stay. It was obvious the mattress hadn't been flipped or replaced in a long time. - One of the two elevators was out of order, and the one that was working was not confidence inspiring. We opted to take the stairs during our stay. Our room was showing its age (cracked paint, fan controls for sitting area were handwritten in Sharpie) but served its purpose.

Good-Convenient location. We went to our assigned room with our luggages where a maintenance person met us by the door saying it's no good. No apologies received, assigned to another room wherein light in the living room is not working and the lamp flickering, noise can be heard from the outside.

Beds were comfortable. Bathroom /linens were clean except floor grout which needs a deep clean. Fridge was functional. A/c was quite noisy.

Excellent check in/out service. Breakfast included. So clean rooms.

Good experience. Good service. Very friendly.

The front desk associates are outstanding. Kind, caring and helpful. I dropped and article and one of the maintenance staff was so gracious to alert me and make sure I didn't lose anything. Very comfortable very friendly. Breakfast was so good. A bunch of us observed the pancake maker. It was automated an so much fun. You push a button and it makes you the curest little pancake ever. Perfect color and texture.

Pretty nice hotel for the price like the room layout with a private sitting area. Could do a better job with the signs after you get off the elevator.

Nothing unique, just satisfying w no surprises
