We loved our stay here! The first night we got a lemon of a room-cigarette smoke, strong ammonia smell, ground floor room with people coming and going late in the parking lot, and mould in the bathroom. We told the staff and got a new room on the second floor the next night! No weird smells, no bathroom mould, comfortable bed, lots of coat hangers, quiet, and right beside the staircase! Parking was easy and we get a spot near the door almost every time. The pool was clean and lots of towels and seating. We didn't try the Bistro, but it all looked good! We'll definitely stay here next time we go to Lexington.

Normally like courtyard hotels but The ants were really bad this year in room. Any food on floor led to swarms. Found ants in bed and in Kleenex holder in bathroom which showed they were wide spread.

Great spot close to RUPP and lots of restaurants. Indoor pool. Great staff. Clean. Nice stay.

I always try to book this location for the pool and walking trail nearby .Dissapointed that they would not supply a cot as was advertised...I was traveling with 3 children..as indicated when I made reservations.While it was no problem last time...they would not supply one this time.Go figure...this made a differance in a good nights rest..

Rooms and hotel had everything we needed. Staff was great! The hotel itself is showing its age and needs renovation to keep pace.

Would have given the hotel a better rating but our room smelled like cat urine. We had a king room that was located toward end of building and we checked in late so we didn’t ask to change rooms. I’m sure they would have accommodated us with a different room had we asked.

We enjoyed our stay, only thing was the booking site said there was a hot tub and there was not. The indoor pool was quite cold. Other than that the hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Staff is always polite an rooms always clean. Quiet. Pool area is always clean an you dont choke on the smell chlorine. They have a decent exercise room. Only thing i didnt like is i miss the hot tub.

Staffing was very accommodating and helpful. Would most definitely stay again.

Saw a few bugs on the wall in the hallways, breakfast was not great at all, parking lot lights were not working very dark in the back, back door to go into hotel not secure always open to anyone, keys constantly not working to get into room.

The property is tired and starting to look run down. My room was dirty. There were stains in the carpets and furniture. The main console was dirty it was not wiped down properly. Had to call down twice to get them to send up pillows I had asked for. The guests in the room next to me were having a party and had the music blaring till after 11 pm and you could hear them through the walls. As a Bonvoy member I was very disappointed in my stay. I would never choose this hotel again.

This property is in serious need of renovation. Carpets are just beyond dirty and there was a musty smell and ants in my room. Staff was very courteous and the location was great for where we needed to go. If not remodeled, it will not be my choice next year.

The room had a foul odor and the air conditioner did not work.
