Great value great location best value on the beach for the money. Beds were very comfortable, rooms were clean. Furniture decor, outdated in the rooms but TV was nice. Room had balcony that showed water view, which was very accommodating. Overall, it was just exceptional value for the money you pay to stay anywhere around here. Right next to shepherds which offers live entertainment, and a club inside.

Had an amazing mother daughter mini vacay. Was right on the beach watching the dolphins swim by.

We had a fantastic time at this charming oceanfront hotel. The location is unbeatable—right by the water, with views from the pool and deck area. The private beach is a huge plus and made our stay feel peaceful and exclusive. We especially loved lounging by the pool while enjoying the sound of the waves. The hotel itself is a bit older, but it's well maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. While some of the furnishings could use a refresh, the comfort and cleanliness made up for it.

They could improve the elevator, it would be a good upgrade

Worst stay ever and ive stayed multiple times..no water for a complete day ...not fun sleeping with sand all in cracks...air conditioning was horrible never got.lower than 76 in room also HORRIBLE as u couldnt even shower to cool off so now your sweaty sand all over u from beach ...asni said this is only place i ever stay in clearwater ...BITTER ENDING OWNER DIDNT COMP OR DISCOUNT FOR INCONVENIENCE not even an apology...!!! Do not recommend

Hotel entrances were blocked due to repairs. No water, no comp was offered

Hotel merece uma atualização, mas a localização, atendimento e estacionamento compensam muito a reserva. Limpeza bastante adequada, mas o serviço de quarto tem que ser agendado. Quarto confortável e com cozinha equipada, o que ajudou bastante com o café da manhã. Possui uma praia privativa, mas que poderia ter cadeiras e guarda-sóis disponíveis. Gostei bastante.Voltaria, certamente.

The manager at the front desk was lovely and kind and very friendly.

The kitchen was inadequate, lacking a dishwasher and essential utensils. Excessive noise from the air conditioning unit and adjacent hotel music (until 2:00 AM) prevented restful sleep. The accommodation did not justify the cost.

The property has a private deck with pool and it has its own beach. It is very walkable and there are lots of shops and dining places around.

Property is amazing, along with the staff. Clean rooms, close to shops and restaurants.

Super run down and falling apart. The smell of weed and smoke was so strong and penetrated from the carpets and walls. Everything was old. The wall unit air conditioners kept me up all night long. The shower head was barely a trickle. The kitchenette and the tub had a lot of rust. The parking lot was practically impossible to park in, so crowded and small. The staff was nice and check in and out was simple. For one $200 night stay in this area, it was tolerable. I would not like to stay there longer.

First time stay at the hotel and would definitely go back. No complaints

The location was great. Nice pool and beach area. Hotel was ok. Needs updating.
