Friendly staff, nice room. Would stay again.

The pool was freezing and the hot tub was way too hot. There were no towels in the pool area. The sheets were scratchy and stiff. The bathroom lacked hooks to hang towels, etc. The staff were very nice.

Hallway was loud at night, restaurant staff seemed annoyed with having customers. Television in the room did not work. Front desk staff were very polite, room was good

Was not informed of the extra charge for parking by the front desk agent and when being connected to the “manager” nobody picked up the phone. Be aware of the extra charge if wanting to park in “their” ramp.

The pillows and mattress were awful. Given a handicap room so things were not practical for us. Fan in bathroom didn’t work.

Star was amazing. Convenient location. Clean rooms. Great coffee.

Overall, we loved everything!

We arrived early for an event at the local arena and was able to check into our room 3 hours early. It was very cold outside and we did not know what we would do with the time so it made our trip very nice. The room was very cozy and clean. We watched Tv in the room and than ate at the Bistro downstairs the food was excellent and fairly priced. The sky scape to the arena was indoors and kept us from going outdoors in the cold. Overall I give this hotel an A+ rating.

Nice size room. Room smelled musty. Hotel offered us another room, but we got back from our event so late it didn’t make sense to move all our belongings.
