Pretty satisfied. Nice room with temperature control and easy access to the city center. Every staff was very kind.

This was a nice hotel located conveniently with parking. It is right across the street from a fun fair (amusement park/carnival) that was aglow. The room was clean and comfortable.

Clean rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. My only complaint is that the rooms looked larger online (including a sofa and a larger bathroom). The superior room was a bit tight for 2 people for 5 nights. Otherwise, it was an excellent option in Hamburg.
