It was very convenient, easy to park. Didnt get to make it to the continental breakfast. Outdated but clean. Bathroom door wouldnt shut. But will visit again.

It was comfortable. The staff was great snd everything was as I expected. The rooms could use a decade or three of updating, but I would stay again.

Everything was good except the room needs to be updated. The staff at the front desk was welcoming and professional. The room needed a make over. The linen was outdated. The bathroom door was sticking. It was okay just for the overnight stay.

Affordable, friendly, clean, free breakfast, pool, and right across from the beach and Waffle House. The only negative was the spotty WIFI.

The rooms are really outdated and the breakfast lady was so rude to us this the second time we have stayed and she has been short and rude to me and my husband

This is one of the best motels we have ever stayed at. The room is excellent and roomy. The staff is personable and friendly. They go over and above to please. We will definitely stay there again when we are in Biloxi

Our family's first and ***LAST*** time staying here. I would absolutely recommend going up the road and staying at Bayfront Inn for better service and cheaper better rooms. I should've known what I was getting into when I walked in and the guy at the front desk was on the phone arguing with another customer for about 20 minutes about why he's over charging for a room. Our TV didn't work, lock on the door was broken, air conditioner didn't work properly, and you may as well forget about the free wifi it's HORRIBLE and we couldn't use it the whole weekend. And to add insult to injury these people accused us of stealing a pillow and kept our deposit!!! A CHEAP MOTEL PILLOW!!! Why on earth would we want to take your nasty cheap pillow that I had to wrap in a towel to sleep on??? They can just accuse you of anything with no proof at all just to keep your deposit. I asked if he would check the cameras and show us leaving with a pillow. Also, check out time is 11:00 am, but they will deactivate your key card around 10:40 a.m. We thought it was just us until we heard others complaining about not being able to get back in there rooms. Save yourself the time and hassle and go somewhere else. There are better, more affordable places on the beach to stay.

The place is old and needs updates. Rust and mold in the room. Bedding outdated. Beds need updating. No extra pillows of towels on site. Under staffed. Its a cheap room within walking distance to the beach.

After reading the reviews, my husband and I decided to give this motel a try. We usually prefer hotels over motels, but for the price and length of stay we chose Twin Star. I must say I was not disappointed at all. The bed was comfy, breakfast was actually pretty good, and it was very quiet. My only complaint would be that it does need some updating, but outside of that for the value it really did exceed my expectations. We will definitely stay here again. It is very convenient to everything!

Horrible experience! Place smelled awful. Beer cans everywhere. Beds were not cleaned. Pubic hair all over the shower. We ended up leaving and getting another hotel.

Bathroom had some stains on the door and the linens were dingy.
