It was a last minute booking that my mom had to make for me because my flight got cancelled and I needed to stay back in Burlington until Wednesday morning. The services that this hotel provides is excellent. I needed a ride from the airport to the hotel and they’ve provided me free Uber to get to the hotel to check in. The hotel is close by restaurants and stores that is walking distance. Their breakfast was very tasty and I was satisfied. They were very kind when I told them I needed an early shuttle back to the airport because of my early flight. I highly recommend this place to stay.

Holiday Inn is exclusive eneough to demand a $50 damages deposit but fair eneough to only charge it at the end if it's actually needed and if not? return the money. It gives the benefit of the doubt to guests unlike most companies that assume the worse of people over one or two incidents.

I needed early check in due to an injury and staff made it happen

Walls are very thin! You can hear everything the people around you are doing, using the toilet, showering, talking. It felt like they were in my room. I barely slept due to being woken up every hour

Nothing special. Could have been special if they had a breakfast « go bag » for early BTV flights - since it is included, the hotel is clearly is a transit/not destination location, and other Holiday Inn Express hotels have it.

Overall, clean facility. Breakfast was good as well. Only wish the outdoor pool was open

It was a good room clean, great shower, provided shampoo/conditioner. But itnis a very basic hotel. Breakfast was not good at all. Old baked goods.

This is about as bare bones as a hotel room can get. Stark walls with very odd pictures. We were thankful that there were two chairs. It does have a refrigerator, which is nice. But there’s no coffee in the room and they say that they are keeping it in the lobby for environmental purposes. The lobby coffee is from a machine. It’s close to the airport. If you are by yourself And have no interest in staying in the room more than an hour before you fall asleep, this is a place for you. By the way, this used to be a La Quinta and was changed to Holiday Inn so if you Google it, you’ll be taken to another Holiday Inn in South Burlington. Just be aware of that and it may have updated by the time this was written. So I guess you could say it was cheap at $150 a night but I wouldn’t buy it.

I was pleasantly surprised by their extensive breakfast.

We don’t sleep all night because one guest was drunk and playing blaring music all night even after we complained and the staff asked him to stop he didnt

Only 4 minutes from the Airport and upgraded cosmetically. However, the AC unit was huge and ancient! Room was 80 degrees on check-in and was not user friendly/old/loud. The AC would click on during the night and would wake us up to the point we had to turn it off entirely leaving the room hot all night! Room was also an ADA room (not that I requested one) but didn't seem ADA compliant. No transfer or safety bars in bathroom, no roll-in shower or bench, room.controls would be impossible to access for wheelchair bound. Overall, several things just didn't add up, but very clean and staff was great.
