The staff was nice the place could have been better but the were very understaffed so I completely understand

Room was very small, old. Window was plexiglass and could barely see out of it. Breakfast was not good. Simple, but the biscuits and gravy were awful. I will say the hotel was very quiet. The ac was good and quiet. The bed was decent. There was no one at the front desk when we wanted to check out, along with another customer so we just left the card at the desk and left. ( she could have been in the bathroom for all we know) it was fine for the money but i wouldnt stay again

It was comfortable affordable. Stay excellent breakfast, easy access to restaurants and shopping.

Parking far from the door. The toilet was leaking. The fridge door wouldn't stay all the way closed. Tiny bathroom/room.

The phone was sticky and the bases of the nightstand lamps were sticky and dusty. The towel bar at the vanity was broken and the pieces were in the armoire. The plastic on the toilet seat was peeling. The furniture was oily and you could see your handprint on it. I took pictures to prove my statements. Do not recommend at all.

The room was very small. Couldn’t even get the luggage cart in the room. The hot water in the shower wasn’t hit. The fridge didn’t work the first day or the second day. They did fix it on the 3 rd day. The back steps was totally gross, there was cigarette bud laying everywhere. I was there for 5days and they wasn’t touched or attempted to be clean, nor was the trash can or the trash every cleaned. And they charged me an extra $50.00 when I checked in after I had already paid online for the room!!!!! And it took forever to get it put back on my card!!!!! Nope nope nope. Not staying there again

Shower had mold in it. Ink stains on the dirty carpet. Wall holes were patched not very good. Bed was comfortable

Remove the name "Quality" as this location in Clarksburg/Bridgeport WV needs some cleaning & upgrades. Carpet down hallway & in room dirty looking and grimmy on barefoot. The room we had no room to move around. Dirty soiled sitting chair was blocking closet and was only space for it. Shower was old. I pd cash for my dog yet there is a pending $20 on my credit card as well as (2) $50 credit hold entries. Its not quite 24hrs but the dog & 1 $50 shouldnt even b there. And I dont know how many years or stays its been since I had 2put a "credit hold" on. WiFi was not working. And clerk was not aware until I asked for help as I never received a enter the password to sign in. Very limited TV channels and clerk wasnt sure who the provider was when I asked for channel listing. Another thing they dont have to offer. I did find one on the tv. On the positive note. Breakfast was fairly good w quite a few selections. I had ple ty of places to ealk my dog. There is an abundance of stores nearby and its right off I79

The staff was nice and the room was clean.

This hotel provides service to primarily contracted workers. I would not deem it family friendly. The hallways smelled like comit the whole time we were there. Staff was not friendly or attentive, my husband was ignored when he walked up to check in amd had to speak up to be acknowledged by the girl sitting behind the desk.

This place is dirty. Mold in the bathroom, the entire hallway smells like cigarettes, busted walls and leaks. The ceiling was leaking in my room. When I called the front desk, they told me they'd tell the manager but did not offer to switch us rooms or do anything to fix it. They didn't have coffee and breakfast was not great. The pool is in a fitness center in the building over and not in the hotel.
