Hoteliers in reception were vey kind and helpful even though i asked a variety of things Location is great and safe Room is very clean and gorgeous I am willing to stay here if i have next time

The staff at Hotel Artus was amazing! My sister and I visited Paris for the first time and we are so happy we stayed here! They welcomed us to the city and offered great local recommendations. The location is great and the hotel is well kept and clean! Next time we are in Paris, we will be back!!

Cute boutique hotel, Clean room, Friendly and helpful front desk. No a/c-- but maybe was just not available in the Spring. We kept the windows open but unfortunately, their was lot of street noise outside our window. The room is quite small for two single travelers, but the neighborhood is fantastic and we would stay their again.

This hotel is in the perfect location! We stayed in the executive suite and it was so beautiful and comfortable, with amazing views. The staff was so wonderful, bilingual, helpful, and welcoming. They even froze our French butter that we were taking home for us. 10/10. Will be back!

Beautiful hotel in the heart of St. Germain. Sanjay greeted us and went over lots of fun entertainment options. Room was spacious and very clean. Would love to stay here again when we next visit!

Staff very helpful and informative about local stuff. Room was very nice and clean. Only complaint is they don't offer A/C in february apparently. Theyre only on heat mode. I had a very hard time sleeping because of constant heat flashes and having to open windows and get out from under the sheets. Then cold again, back under sheets, rinse and repeat. They should allow people the option of using AC even in the winter months.

Trevligt rum, men duschhandtaget gick inte att sätta fast, det var ngt kladdigt här och var i badrummet som inte blev bortstädat, säkerhetsskåpet fungerade inte och det låg en take-away-låda utanför badrumsfönstret från ngn tidigare gäst. I övrigt bra hotell med bra läge och trevlig personal.

Great location but terrible staff. Cappuccino arrived cold, used towels were taken but not replaced, sane with bathrobes, trash not changed every day…

excellent hotel, great location

We had a lovely stay. The hotel is beautifully designed, the beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was excellent, and the location couldn’t be better. The only issue was the heating system: in midwinter it only blows hot air, so the rooms were uncomfortably warm when we arrived. Because the hotel sits on a lively street, opening the windows to cool down the room meant dealing with noise. The soundproofing is superb when the windows are shut, but you can’t have both a cool room and a quiet one at the same time. Still a great hotel overall, but travellers who are temperature-sensitive should be aware of this if visiting in winter.

We’ve stayed several times and the incredibly friendly staff are always why we come back. The rooms are wonderful too and the location cannot be beat but the amazing staff (Marie and crew) are simply top notch and always fun!
