I never got to stay at the hotel. I tried to contact the hotel and request can my date be changed as I’m traveling to Houston in March, and there was no response. I use hotels.com frequently and the only reason that I did not stay was because I had a death in the family. I lost points because no one would respond to me from the hotel. I thank the representative who tried to assist me, but just disappointed in the lack of response from the hotel.

It would be nice to have a elevator for person that have baby

No one said anything about a deposit per room. But other than that it was great.

Industrial behind hotel. Constant back up beeping from machines. Hotel was real low rent. Didn’t like it.

I had a 4 hour wait between booking and checking in. I’m a gold member and I don’t think I’ll ever book with this hotel again

Booked the Superior room, there was a dead frog in the first room so I was relocated to another one. Roaches were everywhere in both rooms. The rooms only come with 3 towels and housekeeping only came in from 2pm to 4pm. I had to ask the front desk staff for towels 6 times over two and a half days and even then, there was a four hour wait. Area near the hotel is bleak, on a walk to a nearby Waffle House I was accosted by a very large stray dog. There are also many vacant buildings nearby. Overall, I would not recommend anyone to stay here, p.s the pool was also filthy.

Clean, comfortable, convenient — the 3 C’s! Safe location, and very easy access to Beltway 8 on the north side near the IAH airport. Very friendly staff. Pet friendly! I was working there, and we ended up staying nearly a month. Recommended!

Roaches everywhere in the hotel room. The housekeeping staff was rude and lazy. They dont clean worth a damn!

I a have not yet received my $50 deposit.

Lots of drugys hanging around the hotel They tried to brake in to my van destroyed the lock on the door

I never give bad reviews but I’ll save someone from my experience. Hotel photos look decent, standard Redroof - wasn’t looking for 5 star. In check in, the hotel was over booked, and after some fight I was able to get the room type I originally paid for. Walk into the Corridor and immediately Hit in the face with the smell of curry and trash. You could tell that the hotel, which is very large is used for living, and there is no daily housekeeping of the hotel throw their trash in the hall and at some point it’s eventually collected into my room again, decent room no big complaints however, take my shower for the first night night and stare up the very first thing that hits me is a roach, countless roaches were seen throughout the stay. I stayed on a Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. The noises were so loud constant slamming doors. A motorcycle was parked out my window all hours of the night in and out in and out. It was absolutely miserable. The hotel smelled like marijuana was not a pleasant stay. I do not recommend.

before we went on our trip i phoned hotel about pool, we really wanted to swim, guy said the chemicals weren't right but it would be open. got there and pool closed!!again chemicals but pump wasn't running so that was false...i owned a pool ! That's 2 hotels in a row with no pool, i paid extra for a hotel with a pool, we should get some kind of refund!!

It’s like visiting a low income apartment. Not what you would expect from a hotel heading to the airport. The hallways smelled of cooking food all through the hallway. Kids running down the hallways. The room was dingy. I didn’t stay in the room I left.

Overall pretty decent hotel
