We absolutely loved our stay, the staff were super friendly and accommodating to us. Thank you for sending over any supplies that we needed and didn’t have, and thank you for your luggage storage space! We appreciate the care and hospitality.

Staff was friendly. That’s the best thing I can say about this stay. My room was not cleaned well. There was hair from a previous guest in the shower, wrapped around the shampoo bottles mounted on the wall. The bed was not very comfortable. Valet took forever to get our car each time, even requesting it 10 min before. The system was not working properly. Self-parking was only $4 less than Valet. On top of all of that their entry way was wet when it rained. I fell and hurt myself. No management was on duty and it took a while for the staff to reach them on the phone. They finally called me and I called back and I still cannot reach them. I was highly disappointed.

Gym is small but has everything you need to sweat and stay active in a trip.

l loved the rooftop pool and location.

Staff out front of building were very helpful with directions. 2 mornings area in front of elevators was a little congested with cleaning staff when we were trying to leave upstairs. Only real complaint is that parking costs are ridiculous. Payment for hotel room should include complementary parking.

Room was nice, clean so was the property. Pool was great but water was extremely cold!

Tower one was very loud with traffic noise all night. Sirens, motorcycles,etc. we moved rooms to tower 2 the second night. It was better

The property was very good. It is well located to walk to broadway or a very cheap uber ride away. There were some good food options right next to the hotel as well. It felt safe and was good value for money. I guess the only negative was not having our bins emptied when the rooms were tidied. I saw a review saying you had to request it (I think) and if that is the case it would seem a bit odd as surely it should just be done. All in all a very pleasant stay, well located and good value for money. The gym and pool area was also pretty decent. Would recommend.

Nice clean hotel.

My spouse & daughter were stuck in your elevator for a period of time. This resulted in our stay drastically changing, from that time until our departure we waited for another elevator or took the stairs. Truly unexpected.

We just did a 1 night stay for our 38th anniversary but it was excellent.Every single staff member we came in contact with smiled and greeted us. Loved the free fresh fruity water. Loved that the beds were low so my husband had an easy transfer from his wheelchair to the bed. The food at the bistro was excellent and the drinks had just the right amount of alcohol. I did not like that it only had valet parking and it cost 40 dollarrs. On the other hand, the valet attendants were super nice and helpful and very quick with unlimited in and out.

The room was beautiful and we were accommodated early check in with a balcony room with a pool view.

We had a lovely 2 night/ 3 day stay. We used the cozy pool area, walked around the neighborhood for meals, and had a great time visiting the city/broadway street with this hotel being our base in the middle of it all.
