Paper thin walls, no ability to control the tempature. "High speed internet" was a joke. Unable to even open netflix let alone stream

The room was very clean and quiet. The check in person was extremely nice and helpful The hospital is very close by. The breakfast was nice with enough choices for most people thanks for your kindness.

Overall I am very impressed with this place and will stay again. It’s a 25 minute easy walk to the foothills medical center at a very affordable price. The rooms are aged with a concerted effort to update. I was very pleased with the mini fridge, microwave, two burners, hood fan, sink and small dish set! They negotiated discounts with Denny’s next door and other restaurants in the area. Not with Big T’s BBQ around the corner but I highly recommend. Depending on when you arrive, Denny’s customers may fill the parking despite signs which can be frustrating but go around to the backside and there are more spots. The staff are all exceptional. The wonderful lady during the day gave me a parking pass despite arriving early so I could park and walk to the hospital. Kumar checked me in later in the evening and is absolutely lovely. The call I got when I was settled in my room to ensure everything was as expected was appreciated. This is an affordable option and folks need to understand and respect that or they may feel it’s not up to par. It’s clean, perfectly located with many dining/shopping options around, great staff, and a perfectly acceptable continental breakfast.

Customer service was exceptional. The room was spotless, well maintained and exactly what I needed. Very reasonable rates. Outstanding value for the money spent.

The room was decent, but there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke just indude the door, either from another room down the hall, or from an sir intake vent. Also, the cable didn't work. The bed and bathroom were clean. Staff was professional and courteous.

Yes the room was clean. The only complaint was the room was very hot.

Room was fine, TV didn’t work very well, breakfast was limited. OK for me is alright, as I just use the room to sleep in while in town for a tournament. I don’t think I could bring my wife here, though. Kumar on the front desk was excellent.

Clean and tidy. Nice stay. Staff are good too. Stayed here before, and always same. Good job keeping it up to standard.

It was good as usually.

The room was in fairly good condition once I was moved from one that was less desirable. The matresses on the beds are very soft. I was staying in the hotel while having spinal injections. Soft beds are bad for backs; they offer no support. The cleaning of the rooms was fine in general but the remote control for the TV was filthy, I cleaned it before touching it.

I don't know if the room was in the process of being renovated. If what I stayed in is the finished product, the photographer of the rooms works magic. Dresser missing drawer (another drawer beoken), portable heater on the floor for warmth, zero charging ports (bring a chatger plug), bathroom fan sounded like a rusty tank and if you're expecting a balcony, like I was, they are all locked up. .Luckly, I had business most of the day and only needed a bed, which I will say, was comfortable.

Great place clean comfortable. If you stay here check out the in house restaurant great steak and cheese sticks are great
