호텔스 닷컴에서 판매한 Eocono Lodge Motel Village 1성급는 바로 옆에 Econo Lodge Motel Suites (2성급)과 완전다른 모텔이었습니다. 똑같은 모텔을 두개해놓고 하나는 1성급 하나는 2성급으로 하여 사기를 맞은듯힐 느낌이었습니다 에어컨팬소리가 너무시끄러워 잠을잘수가없었고 방두개를 예약했는데 호텔스닷컴에서 어떻게 예악되었길래한개밖에 예약되지않았다고하여 정말난감했었습니다. 앞으로 호텔스 닷컴의 판매내역을 믿을수없을것같습니딘

오래운전하고나서 잠만자고 밴프로가려고 예약했는데 정말 평생자본 숙소중에 최악. 한국에서 시골 민박집보다 더 심했음. 방과 숙소 전반적으로 찌린내같은것이 진동을하고 침구는 정말 담요는 여기저기 찢기고 냄새에 간지러워서 누워있기도 찝집해서 6시간 잠만자고 나왔는데는 아이들과 가족이 최악의 시간을 보낸것 같습니다. 조식따위는 방에 들어가면 기대조차 안하게 됩니다. 저 그렇게 까다로운 사람 아닙니다. 저를 믿고 저 호텔은 아무리 싸도가지 마시길. 호텔에서 사과하고 무료 숙박 백개를 줘도 안갑니다.

Very poorly maintained. Front desk operator moved me from a double queen room to a single which was tiny, but same price. Like I had no choice. Huge gap at the bottom of the room door which resulted in hallway noise very perceptible throughout the night.

Beat up old building. A room with two beds and only one chair. Disinterested staff. Ok breakfast. Two story with no elevator. Limited parking.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked for ideas of things to do in the area. They were very informative.

Right from check-in the staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is older but the rooms and common areas were clean and inviting. The beds were comfortable and although close to 16th ave., was surprisingly not noisy. Would stay again.........................

Paper thin walls, no ability to control the tempature. "High speed internet" was a joke. Unable to even open netflix let alone stream

The room was very clean and quiet. The check in person was extremely nice and helpful The hospital is very close by. The breakfast was nice with enough choices for most people thanks for your kindness.

Overall I am very impressed with this place and will stay again. It’s a 25 minute easy walk to the foothills medical center at a very affordable price. The rooms are aged with a concerted effort to update. I was very pleased with the mini fridge, microwave, two burners, hood fan, sink and small dish set! They negotiated discounts with Denny’s next door and other restaurants in the area. Not with Big T’s BBQ around the corner but I highly recommend. Depending on when you arrive, Denny’s customers may fill the parking despite signs which can be frustrating but go around to the backside and there are more spots. The staff are all exceptional. The wonderful lady during the day gave me a parking pass despite arriving early so I could park and walk to the hospital. Kumar checked me in later in the evening and is absolutely lovely. The call I got when I was settled in my room to ensure everything was as expected was appreciated. This is an affordable option and folks need to understand and respect that or they may feel it’s not up to par. It’s clean, perfectly located with many dining/shopping options around, great staff, and a perfectly acceptable continental breakfast.

Customer service was exceptional. The room was spotless, well maintained and exactly what I needed. Very reasonable rates. Outstanding value for the money spent.

The room was decent, but there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke just indude the door, either from another room down the hall, or from an sir intake vent. Also, the cable didn't work. The bed and bathroom were clean. Staff was professional and courteous.

Yes the room was clean. The only complaint was the room was very hot.

Room was fine, TV didn’t work very well, breakfast was limited. OK for me is alright, as I just use the room to sleep in while in town for a tournament. I don’t think I could bring my wife here, though. Kumar on the front desk was excellent.
