사람들이 매우 친절합니다. 조식도 맛있고, 바로 옆 블럭에 카르푸 익스프레스가 있어 쇼핑도 원활합니다. 다만 테르미니역에서 지하철을 타면 한 번은 환승해야하고, 버스를 타도 상당히 시간이 걸립니다. 로마 대중교통에 익숙하지 않다면 처음 가기가 힘드실거예요. 하지만 가격 대비 시설이 훌륭합니다. 바로 앞에 대성전이 있어서 구경하기도 좋습니다.

비교적 만족. 역이 바로 옆에 있어서 이동에 편리. Reception의 직원이 매우 친절하고 관광 안내도 잘 하여 줌. 그러나 조식은 다른 서비스에 비해 많이 뒤 떨러짐.

객실은 괜찮으나 엘리베이터는 매우 작음. 직원들은 친절. 조금 외곽이지만 Euclide역이 바로 옆에 있어서 한 정거장 가서 metro A로 갈아타서 4정거장 가서 도보 포함 20분이면 테르미니역 도착. 저녁 11시쯤이면 끊김. 아침을 전망 괜찮은 꼭대기 7층에서 즐길 수 있으나 음식 자체는 종류가 많지 않고 음료는 두번 째부터는 추가요금이 나온다는 친절한 설명이 붙어있음.

일단 한국분들이 많이 묵으시는 떼르미니역 주변아니구요 버스타고 떼르미니역까지 20분 정도걸립니다. 하지만 가족단위라면 괜찮은게 4명이서 택시타면 12유로정도에 바티칸이나 떼르미니까지 갈수있어서 부담없구요,일단 호텔이 아주 깔끔합니다.침대편하고 객실 깔끔해요. 조식도 이것저것 먹을만합니다. 특히 직원분들이 엄청 친절해요. 3시 체크인인데 9시쯤 도착했음에도 서들러 객실정비해주시는등 도움많이 받았습니다. 수하물보관도해주십니다ㅎㅎ 부모님 잠자리때문에 떼르미니말고 여기로왔는데 아주 잘 했다고생각해요ㅎㅎ 길건너 빵집 빵 맛있구요 슈퍼도 있고 마지막날알았는데 근처에 레스토랑 과일시장 있습니다요! 갠적으론 충분히 만족스러웠어요ㅎㅎ

Nice hotel with a large breakfast and helpful staff.

The Presidential Suite was very nice, though the door wouldn’t lock unless you slammed it shut. It’s located a little further from air port and cruise port , as well as the attractions - so plan on taxis. There is a free shuttle to the Spanish steps area. The Le Roof restaurant was excellent, so is the one on the first floor. Included breakfast was very good as well.

Lovely hotel. Excellent breakfast attentive staff. Shower was extremely slippery. Had to place a towel down in the shower to avoid slipping. Not the hotel for you if you cannot manoeuvre stairs. Despite having ramps here and there, I still had to walk up/down some stairs.

This was our family’s favorite hotel while in Rome! It was very clean, the staff was so helpful with finding us taxis and even sharing a luggage scale! They had an amazing buffet breakfast that both my young children and teenage kids enjoyed!

Great hotel, in a great neighborhood. The breakfast was excellent, the room was big and comfortable.

Our wifi service kept on failing connection in room was non existent Called over 6 times to have problem resolved never was . The property in itself was excellent but if you are on business the fact that the wifi is spotty especially in a Premier Group such as Radisson is very frustrating

Peaceful Retreat, but Plan for Transit We enjoyed our stay, though the location is about 20 minutes from Rome’s major sights. If you want to be within walking distance of everything, this might not be your best choice; you will definitely need to arrange transportation. For context, we spent €70 for a taxi to get to the historical area. That said, the hotel itself is wonderful. The rooftop patio was lovely, the rooms were pristine, and the staff were incredibly helpful. It’s a great option if you prefer a quieter environment and don't mind the commute.
