Was a nice clean hotel and service was goid

Overall Excellent service.

It was a comfortable place.

Clean and neat hotel

The property shows great reviews on Expedia, this was the reason I chose this hotel. However between the area, the train station right across the road and out of our window to the lack of amenities it does not meet up to thereviews. The water in the shower for the first shower of the morning was ice cold and the second you were almost scalded. The only good thing about the hotel was the staff was very friendly.

As usual, my stay at quality inn was excellent. It's my go to for when I visit Sudbury.

a LITTLE BIT OF A ROUGH NEIGHBORHOOD

The dining area is small. We did not have space to have breakfast; we checked out early.

Large clean room, good breakfast

Only down is takes time for hot water. Do not like a cold shower!!!!!!

Parking is a hazard

I liked how it was close to downtown and Bell Park. In general it was an ideal location

Very friendly service at the front desk. I was traveling with my dog and it’s nice to have somewhere to walk around outside with them to do their business but the property was mostly rock and pavement and off property did not feel safe to walk around with a tent city right under my window.

Lots of homeless people occupy areas very close to the hotel. Parking lot is a mess with large potholes. Noisy as it is beside a train yard.

Great stay! Clean rooms, and friendly staff. Hotel is pet-friendly. Only drawback is it’s very close to a homeless refuge and lots of them are outside, some drinking and doing drugs.

It was comfortable and quiet but overall it is in a very sketchy area. Even as I went to my car, a mentally ill person approached me and made me feel unsafe. You can bring your dog here but there is no pet area.

Fair and easy

Unfortunately...plans changed and i couldn't make my trip to Sudbury. I had paid in advance, so I wasn't expecting much. The hotel was highly recommended for one night or two jaunts...one day i will check it out
