Clean room

It was a nice experience until i got charged for parking on the facilities. Even though i was given a parking permit. I have never been charged for parking in any hotel i have stayed, it was always included in the price. Insane that they actually charge and their parking lot its so big. The Hyatt gave me a better experience parking included. Staff was really helpful and friendly. Specially housekeeping. Kudos to them!

Clean rooms and good food

We were put off at first that our room was a long walk from the lobby, but we found this location to be very quiet and private. It seemed like there were some renovations being done-painting, bathroom updates, etc

Nice hotel.

This is near a marina which is quiet. The room staff forgot to service the room on my 2nd day but I had everything I needs so not a problem

Mold around the window from it leaking

Long trip and very tired but receptionist was very understanding and patient with us. Staff in the restaurant were lovely and friendly. Good start to our holiday.

Stayed there for cruise

For the price it’s over rated. Staff were average at best and not overly attentive or helpful.

Manager would not cancel reservation. Wife had Covid. Will never book a Hilton hotel again

A great place….very clean, room amenities are great, very relaxing!!!

Very nice location, warm reception, friendly, and courteous. Since there was an issue, on a previous visit (Jan 2022), I mentioned that and I was upgraded to a room with a view of the harbor with a balcony as well. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Unfortunately the balcony area was filthy with a lot of build up on the ledge top out my door and the dividing wall. It seems like an easy keep up by housekeeping once it's cleaned. The previous visit's issue had been resolved. I like that there was a restaurant on site. Very disappointed that they charge $25 (which was complimentary for me this time) for parking, when there was no charge before. There's no parking structure, just open air lot.
