숙소가 깨끗하고 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 만족합니다.

오래된 노보텔이라 생각했는데 생각보다 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 가격대비 만족스러우며 도심까지 걸어다닐수있습니다.

침대 푹신함 방에 복도와 분리되는 덧문이 있음 바로옆에 이비스 호텔 붙어있음 근처에 이마트만한 거대 마트가 있음 호텔직원들이 친절하다

위치가 트램 바로 앞이긴 한데 카드식이라 역에서 택시타고 이동하느라 돈만 깨졌음. 여러날 묵으실 분께는 추천. 다만 내부 레스토랑은 별로에요. 노보텔 레스토랑은 지역마다 차이가 큰듯...

Nice room in nice hotel in fantastic city

Minimalistisch bis zum geht-nicht-mehr. In einem Executive Zimmer war auf einer Seite des Doppelbetts 20cm zum Einsteigen, zum Beinebrechen für ältere Personen. Sicher ein idealer Platz für einen „Traveling Salesman“. Aber nur wenn seine oder ihre Batterien geladen sind. Im ganzen Zimmer nur eine Steckdose.

We had a nice stay at the hotel and the excellent restaurant made our dinner special.

An ok stay. The amenities in the foyer are great, really sets you up for a good stay and looking forward to your room. However the room amenities are so basic. Two plugs in the room. Half a cup of tea or coffee available (no milk). Tiny pillows, with only one spare. Worst of all no Fridge in 30 degree heat. Just a little note stating you can have one on request one, which I did, only to be told they don't have any. Location is good, staff are good. Room itself let's it down.

Depuis notre arrivée, des traces de vomissements se trouvaient sur le tapis du corridor menant à notre chambre au troisième étage, à notre départ, après 5 jours, elle se trouvait encore là. Le mélangeur d’eau chaude et froide était défectueux, comme le vomissement nous avons porté plainte à deux reprises à la réception, mais rien n’a été fait. Coté positif, le restaurant, le bar et le personnel était serviable, et la qualité des mets état excellente. Enfin, Le coût de la chambre aurait du inclure le petit déjeuner pour avoir un bon rapport qualité prix, comme il n’y avait pas de stationnement non plus, et qu’on devait payer 24 $ par jour dans un stationnement publique, sans pouvoir sortir l’auto et revenir, sinon on aurait payé plus.,

La moquettes de la chambre était taché et en mal état . Le matelas vieux et en mauvais état . Tout le reste très bien

Rented a “family suite” amd added my kids ages, 18 and 16. Roommates showed 4 beds. We arrive at the resort and they tell us that because our son is 18, we have to buy another room. They give us 10% off and include breakfast for both rooms. The next day, we arrive for breakfast and are told that we are not on the list, not included. We are “welcome” to purchase. One of the rooms smelled with a stain on the chair. The location is good, but for the price of the two rooms, I would have stayed somewhere else. Not good.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour !

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was perfect - however we had to use a water bottle to have the windows somewhat open. Without the bootle, the windows would either "glide closed" on itselv or it had to be opened fully, taking up space in the room. Breakfast was fine.

Quarto de bom tamanho Banheiro com ótimo chuveiro Pra quem se incomoda facilmente, evite os quartos da frente, do outro lado da rua tem um prédio do corpo de bombeiros.

Chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite aucunes prises accessibles ! Impossible de brancher l’ordinateur pour travailler sur le bureau

La chambre était très propre et le personnel sympathique. À 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville, c'est parfait. Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner, il y a du choix mais je n'ai pas trouvé la qualité extraordinaire, une question de gouts peut-être...
