The service is amazing, it has very hospitable team of staff who are ready to help anytime. We were welcomed sweetly with a message on the mirror and lots of compliments (including free movies!). The location on Flinders St is also perfect as it is at the centre of the city where the busy district is located, and it is surrounded by a lot of good restaurants and shopping centers. The only two things that we found not quite satisfying are the wi-fi connection; it is claimed to be super-fast but we found it super-slow, and we ended up not using it, and the other one is the difficulty of adjusting the temperature of the shower and tap. It is hard to set them to the right temp that we wanted, as it was either too hot or too cold no matter how many times we tried.
