천사의성,바티칸이 아주가까운 위치여서 도착한날밤에 성베드로성당까지 산책다녀왔어요. Host도 아주친절하고 에스프레소한잔 같이하며 이야기도 나눴답니다. 난방도 잘되고 와이파이도 잘됩니다.

일단 저희 숙소에서 와이파이가 되지않았습니다. 인터넷을 하려면 로비에 갔어야했습니다. 여행자에겐 정보가 생명인데 그걸 차단당한 기분이었습니다. 그리고 산타루치아 역에서 멀고 수상버스를 타고 내린위치에서도 멀기때문에 짐을가지고 이동하시는데 힘듭니다 ㅠ

The room was too small , it had a stale stench & the breakfast was horrible . The eggs & bacon were the worst I have ever eaten . The front desk was very polite

Great location, very helpful multilingual staff. They met us at the door and assisted with luggage when we arrived by water taxi. Air conditioning couldn't keep up on 95 degree night but staff got us a fan as soon as we asked. Excellent location, 6 minute walk to San Marco Plaza.

Best spot if you want to stay at the heart of venice where everything on bucket list is at walking distance.

The staff was so welcoming and helpful. The area is perfect. Just a few minutes walk from all the top attractions. Lots of shops and restaurants around too

Sadly the hotel lacks a lift. Difficult to see where this could be fitted. There was a familiar Venetian smell of drains in one of the breakfast rooms and on the stairs. Otherwise my stay was excellent and I'd happily recommend this hotel as a quiet, central base for visitors.

Perfect location for central Venice and san marco. The hotel was perfect, small, personalised, very friendly staff and helpful. Room was small but warm, clean, fresh linen every day. breakfast was plenty of choice to fill up on for the day cereal, egg bacon hams cheese cakes pastries, fruit, fruit syrups, yogurts. I’m gluten free, we’re able to offer fresh baguette, cereal and sweet biscuits everyday for me. Just let them know beforehand or on arrival. Perfect for cost and location, would definitely return and recommend.

In posizione strategica a due passi da San Marco, un indirizzo di atmosfera veneziana con un rapporto qualità prezzo interessante. Prima colazione compresa e personale molto gentile e disponibile.

O hotel é excepcional, em um lugar incrível, ótimo atendimento, o café da manhã maravilhoso. Voltarei mais vezes.

Bed needs to be changed.

Ein schöner Aufenthalt, es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Ein gemeldes Problem im Bad wurde umgehend behoben.

Very nice kozy rooms but rather small in size. Bed mattresses are really firm and pillows hard. They could’ve been a little better for the price paid. Overall cleanness and services including breakfasts were excellent. Staff is attending and everyone is very nice.

The staff was wonderful. Some of the rooms had views of the canals. Our room was a bit hot and could have used a bit of a facelift, but overall lovely.

It was close to everything
