공항 가기전에 혼자 잠깐 들린 호텔인데 낡은거 제외하곤 서비스 수준이나 관리상태가 매우 좋았어요 직원들이 엄청 친절했음

지하철역이 5분거리에 위치하고 시내 가까이에 호텔이 있어 교통이 매우 편리한 편입니다. 특히 아침식사가 가격대비 매우 훌륭합니다. 호텔도 무척 청결합니다. 다만 호텔로비에서 가방을 도난당했는데 호텔에서의 소극적인 대응이 아쉬웠습니다.(호텔내에서의 보안에 보다 신경을 써야 할 듯)

전반적으로 좋음. 직원들은 친절함. 조식도 훌륭함

호텔 위치는 살짝 애매하지만 나름 역에서도 가깝고, 시설이 아주 좋고 객실의 상태도 아주 만족스러웠어요.

Nice and clean, but needs more staffs. Waited for quite long front of the reception. Except that, Everythings nice! Taxi charge around 11-13 euros from the Grand Plaza.

This is 2 mins away from the European Commission building so is ideal quite accessible to other parts of the city. A 5 minute walk to the nearest metro which is 20 minutes from the main Brussels midi station. Staff were helpful and polite, breakfast was a good mix of hot and cold, continental and cooked. Plenty of fruit, tea, coffee and juices to choose from. Convenience to other parts of the city the area of the hotel is quiet at night but still has some nice restaurants nearby and pubs to watch sports that don’t disturb the calmness of the area. Overall a very pleasant and comfortable stay in the European area. I would be happy to recommend and choose this hotel again.

All good only that wifi was very bad… the rest was super great

Hotel bem localizado, otimo para viagens a trabalho. Atendimento excelente.

Leider sind die Zimmertüren zum Gang schlecht schallisoliert. Das Nachfüllen und der Service am Frühstücksbuffet ist personalabhängig. Der junge Mann mit den Tattoos ist sehr flink, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank dafür.

It was a good standard hotel, felt a bit impersonal and there were items that I would normally expect for that price range.. bathrobe, slippers, shower cap etc.. so felt a little cut price..

My room was ok size for a single man. Room was not the cleanest and it is in need of repair.

Très bon hôtel, très bonne localisation. Le service est irréprochable et les chambres spacieuses. Le point négatif est qu'ils ont un chauffage central qui ne peut être réglé indépendamment et il fait très chaud dans les chambres (et je suis d'habitude frileuse !)

Chosen again for the great location and accessibility. First time a not so pleasant stay. Negative review for the bathroom sink: the tap too short in a corner! Always a pool on top! Absolutely to be replaced! Very good breakfast as usual!

Great for a weekend outing to Brussels

Brussels Berlaymont is the best hotel for short or long stay. The environment is safe and the hotel is just behind the European commission. The Subway/metro is just 3 minutes away. Outside of the building, there is a bus (12) that goes directly to the airport.

Appreciated vicinity to public transports. Close to large park. Good service, nice breakfast
