Toilet seat doesn't stay up

the room smelt a little bit at first. Opened window to air out the room. Was good after that

Hotel was fine and very clean. no issues with staff as they were really friendly. only issue was when we were leaving our hotel room to head home the next day, a junky on drugs got into the hotel and was hanging around the 2nd floor running into walls. They may of got rid of security so it doesn’t make it as safe as it was when I came to this said hotel in 2024. (Due to tent city being not far from hotel) I won’t be coming back to this hotel next time I stay in Sudbury because my child’s safety is a huge priority when staying out of town.

Parking lot need Cleaning very badly , Ice machine out of order, no snack or pop vendor, fan in room didn't work, mattress stains from urine, wont stay there again

Nice hotel, the attached pub has good food. Pool was nice. Rooms were basic, but OK for the price. Check-in was a bit painful, even though I had already paid I needed a physical credit card to check in.

The bar closed at 10 the ceiling was falling apart in the room we were booked two adults and two children and only had 2 towels in the room no breakfast but the restaurant that opens at 7 seemed to be ok and prices were reasonable

I called at least 4 times to get a room rate for 10 rooms. The frontdesk said she would check with the manager and call back. Four times she never did so you lost the bookings. These bookings were attached to a venue in Sudbury that used to reccomend your hotel. They no longer do. The room was filthy with head oil stains on the headboard and the carpet smelled like dirty feet. The bed blanket was all freyed a nd looked like it was a king cut in half. The room chair had a huge stain on it as did the rug. We had asked for a room close to the elevater as my sister is disabled and she sent us to the last room at the end of the hall. We had to be .moved.when leaving the hotel there was a small lip on the walkway which is not up to code and my sister fell and broke her ankle. Needless to say we were not thrilled with your accommodation. We will decide if any further action will be taken from our lawyer s.

Clean room, great food at hotel restaurant

J’ai passé un agréable séjour dans cet hébergement. La chambre était propre, confortable et bien entretenue. Le personnel était accueillant, respectueux et toujours prêt à aider. Je recommande cet endroit pour un séjour confortable et sans souci.

I got scammed lost 2 nights i fully paid for because I checked in late you will never get my business again and make to tell other people.

It was a stay in a hotel .

Ok hotel. No hair dryer in the room. Called front desk and they don’t have any either. Very frustrating when you already have wet hair. The remote would not turn on the tv either. The bathtub looked dirty and could’ve used a good scrub.

Gym had good selection but the water was never filled, otherwise great stay

Overall good property.. the rooms shower had leak on roof.. and we picked this hotel because of the restaurant when checking in no one told us it was closed ever after talking to the front desk about going to the restaurant... it was disappointing.

Staff were friendly, but the rest of the experience fell short. The pool area was in rough shape, and the room barely had the basics.. one example: just two pillows and minimal bedding, with no extras available from front desk. Everything felt cheap and poorly maintained. The toilet paper holder was crooked, the tub caulking looked badly done, and the TV was extremely small….
