도심에 위치해 매우 편리하네요. 음식도 괜찮고 직원이 추천한 레스토랑은 정말 환상적이었습니다.

It was friendly down town hotel where was located in a nearby multiple restaurants.

Our room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast buffet was better than any we have ever seen. Think of a breakfast food you would like--it was there; eggs, toast, pastry, bacon, ham, cereal, yogurt, two kinds of butter, several kinds of fruit, and machines that offered a full range of coffee types. Best of all, however, was the helpfulness of the staff. They greeted us warmly when we checked in and directed out tour guide into the dining room to meet us. We asked where we might find a pharmacy to by some band-aids, and they went into the back room and brought us enough that we didn't need to buy any.

All good except it lacked staff during the day, went to bar lounge for lunch one day, no one was there so after about 10 mins we went out instead. Reception was empty as well with phone ringing….

Hotel was great, modern, clean, easily accessible from the train station and a pleasant walk. Temperature was comfortable, breakfast was classic and good! Would definitely return if needed to come to this town again. Best wishes for continued hospitality!

Pretty new and comfortable! Staff very kind and supportive. To the garage just take the elevator inside!

Comfortable hotel very close to the centre. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking available in hotel (€14) but for free in evenings on nearby quayside. Free WiFi fast and reliable (84Mb). Excellent breakfast(€21 full or €10 express formula). Surprised by size and facilities of Caen - usually bypass on way to and from Ouistreham. Definitely worth a visit. Loads of restaurants and bars near the hotel with a lively vibe in the evening.

A localização é boa e fácil acesso a estacionamento privado do hotel é pago a parte; íbis e mercure ficam no mesmo prédio com entradas compartilhadas de um lado e mercure do outro e mercure ; o mercure parece bem mais um íbis, banheiro bom, amenities bons mas cama pequena e roupa de cama razoável Não teria motivos para me hospedar aí novamente

The room was clean and basic. Nice to have water, some nuts and juice in the fridge.

Nous descendons dans cet hôtel une fois par an pour les fêtes de Noël. La qualité de l'accueil et le confort du séjour ne faiblissent pas

What a beautiful Hotel... lovely size room, comfortable bed, and all spotlessly clean. Secure parking was nice, albeit €14 and a little tight to navigate, especially with a bike rack. If it had been any busier we probably wouldn't have got a space as its shared with the Ibis next door. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. The staff didn't appear talkative or too happy - maybe they don't like late arrivals but hey. Overall a good stay, and the bonus was a late night drink on the quay opposite

The designer sink did not drain properly. My back hurt after sleeping on the bed. There was tea and coffee in the room but no milk, and had to wait a while at reception to get some as there was only one person on the desk.

The hotel was good and the location very good. Picked the hotel due to location.
