No way.!!! I told them several times that the heater in my room wasn’t working and that the temperature was lower than in the corridor. Unfortunately, they said there was nothing they could do, so I asked them to come up and check the temperature. I was told the heating was under centralized control, so there was no way to make it warmer. Later it turned out that the heater sensor was broken.

We found a lot of dust on the door of wardrobe and cleaned it ourself...Please check it!!

객실 및 욕실 상태가 썩 좋지는 않았어요

니스 공항에서 트램으로 가기 편한 장소에 위치하고 있고, 영국인 산책로 일부가 호텔 바로 입구에 있어 산책로를 수시로 걸을 수 있음. 호텔 가격, 장소, 시설, 서비스 모든 면에서 만족 스러움.

이 호텔은 직원들 교육을 다시 시켜야한다. 로비 체크인할 때부터 서로 책임을 미루고 심지어 거짓말을 계속했다

깨끗하고 룸컨디션도 좋았습니다. 조식도 훌륭하구요. 다만 니스의 호텔들이 다 마찬가지겠지만 주차비를 내야하는게 기분좋지 않습니다. 메인거리랑은 거리가 있어서 주변에 갈만한 식당이 없었어요.

One employee had a bad attitude and acted like we were bothering her every time we had a question.... It was hard to find cold water. There was hardly ever any ice water in the lobby and when it was out it was always empty.

la vue sur la mer est magnifique mais l'hotel est vieillissant la soufflerie dans la chambre faisait beaucoup trop de bruit on a du demande r4 fois avant qu'ils interviennent idem pour le mini frigo qui en marchait pas il faisait beaucoup trop chaud dans la chambre et impossibilité de réguler la température donc au bout d'un moment c'est désagréable de rester dedans c'est vraiment dommage pour un hotel 4 étoiles et surtout vu le prix de la chambre

Pascal at the front desk was amazing. Check in and out were smooth. Our rooms were beautiful - interconnecting as requested with amazing sea views. Easy to park underneath the hotel although a bit pricey at €36 a day. Downside was that the pool is not filled until end of April and staff were missing from the restaurant in the evening so service was slow. No snacks at the downstairs bar and hard to order a drink. Excellent breakfast buffet. Overall, our whole family loved it!

We had a good time staying at the sea view room.

Jolie chambre mais mal insonorisée, on entend bien les chaises ou fauteuils déplacés à l’étage supérieur ! Nous avions signalé que le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas, rien n’a été fait ! Nous sommes restés 4 nuits, j’avais demandé à ce que l’on ne change pas les serviettes de bain tous les jours !!! Et bien non ! Des propres tous les soirs !!! Bonjour l’écologie !!! A bon entendeur !!!

Super séjour du début à la fin ! Le staff est tout simplement génial et la chambre était superbe. Nous avons été accompagnés et assistés tout au long de notre séjour, avec beaucoup d’attention et de professionnalisme. Mention spéciale à Aymen au front desk qui nous a vraiment très bien accueillis et qui a été d’un grand professionnalisme. Merci encore pour cette belle expérience ! We stayed in a suite, the view was breathtaking overlooking the sea and Promenade. Check-in was quick and easy. The breakfast was nice but would be elevated if proper eggs were served rather than powdered eggs. Parking underground was so convenient. We will stay again.
