We stay here often as part of our splash lagoon package. The kids love it! Staff is always friendly. Lots of food options close by. Plenty of stores near by if you forgot to bring anything from home.

Nice rooms. But NO elevators SMH... Only 2 floors, and though it would make sense to book a room on the 1st floor, in order to gain access to the park you have to cross via the 2nd floor. And if you have a stroller you'll be carrying up and down a lot of steps, because the crossway was built with steps instead of ramps, which makes no sense.

I liked the fact that there are only 2 floors but what I didn't like is there is not enough parking....after getting back late from a concert i could not find any place to park within a 1 mile or so radius so the front desk clerk just had me park in a never used handicap spot for the night. Other than that i would definitely recommend it and i would stay at this one again!

Nice hotel. Not the most updated but it's clean and had friendly staff and kids loved the pool.

Room was ripped apart for a renovation so we got downgraded without a discount

We had a great time although it would have been better if we were able to close the curtains and not have the parking lot lights shining right in our face. We actually had to use jumper cables to clamp the curtain closed. Also the furniture looked like it could use an update. Stains all over the place, but what do u expect for the cheapest price. Also when we went to the pool it was dark. We even asked the clerk if it was open and she said yes but still didn't turn any lights on for us. But either way we still had a good time.

Everything was great. Our 6 night stay was very comfortable. Very clean and well maintained property. Staff was always pleasant and helpful and attendant to our needs and requests. Would absolutely refer friends

Location is great right at the exit of the Interstate.

The facility was outdated and dirty.
