The clean sheets

There was no water in any of the downstairs rooms at this hotel for the entire 5 days I booked this for. Apparently the water had been out for weeks and I did not get a notice, a discount a refund nothing. The water had been out since a earthquake some weeks beforehand. Not sure why they were allowed to stay open or why booking through a third party company disqualified me for any discount or refund or common courtesy. Very unsanitary and dangerous for guests.

This was a smoke filled room nothing was clean and the bathroom had live bugs on the ceiling light fixture

It's nothing like the pictures and the rooms where super dirty I was afraid to have my feet touch the floor. The walls where super dirty I saw a review saying they had bug beds after reading that I was so worried that it I did check non stop to see if there was any I personally didn't find anything or have signs that there was anything. The beds looked really gross when I was looking. The pillows where super small they didn't have extras and when I asked for more towels they had to check to see if they had any extras. The breakfast bar sucked there's was two different bagels and two little containers with two different types of cereal in it and yogurt and that was it there was a sing saying if u took more then one bagel they will ask u to check out and to leave "witch I'm like so o can't make my child a bagel not in less she's there? " and honestly I woke up before my child does to wake her up with food. Never going here again I never felt the need to clean a hotel room so bad I was afraid to touch anything!!! Or have my kids touch anything!!!

booked two rooms for my family, and unfortunately, the experience was unacceptable from the moment we arrived. Both rooms had an overwhelming, foul odor—strong smoke and a generally musty, unpleasant smell. We requested new rooms, but there was no improvement at all. When my wife checked the bedding, we were shocked to find visible stains, possible signs of bed bugs, and cigarette burns—this was just from inspecting the corner of the bed. We didn’t even want to see the rest. The conditions were so poor we couldn’t justify staying even five minutes. To make matters worse, we had to put down a $100 deposit for each room—yet these rooms were in such terrible shape, there was truly nothing we could have done to make them worse. We were traveling with children, and even they immediately felt unsafe and wanted to leave. Outside the hotel, people were openly smoking and loitering, creating a very uncomfortable environment. Within just 20 minutes of being on the property, we witnessed multiple disturbing incidents, including what appeared to be drug activity and even a hit-and-run nearby. We left immediately and requested a refund. I strongly urge other travelers—especially families—to stay elsewhere.

Room is clean and location is convenient to public transport and restaurant and coffee shops and groceries.

The room was very clean

Thee is shar turn to gain access to the hotel. The sink leaked all night with ahigh pitch sound all night. There was a Chester drawer that would not close securely. There were dead bugs near the clothes rack and stationary Iron. The Tiles were cracked in the bathroom, stains and rips in the carpet. The floor boards were missing in sections of the room. There was dried blood on the sham of the bedding.

off the rip, there was bad vibes. a lot of homeless people roam the area and a bunch of sketchy people just walk around. a lot of people smoking in the area and rooms smelled like a bunch of cigarettes. front desk staff not professional at all. guy was flirting with one of the ladies that clean the rooms. super lazy and not polite.

Person below us 1st floor kept banging on the wall, felt super unsafe for our children i wanted out asap

This place was just dirty and the staff was not accommodating at all. We had a stay for 3 days and not once was able to get our room picked up or fresh towels throughout the stay. We asked several times and to get the room picked up and was never able to get it done…just kept getting the “yea we will let the maids know…. They are on the way…. And finally we got the, we’re sorry we’re short on staff” we checked out after day 2 of this and just came home. I asked for a full refund but haven’t even heard back about that. We even had random people trying to open our door in the middle of the night! Other than that the stores around the hotel were the only positive thing about this stay.

Good service, gross rooms! Our toilet overflowed and our phone didnt work.

Employees were unable to checks in had To wait for another employee come from break. Room was filthy with what appeared to be blood on the walls, stains on the linens, and a 6.6 out of 10 cleanliness rating on the health sheet in the bathroom. On our way out to dinner and employee sitting in a vehicle in front of the lobby was partaking in extracurricular activities with another person visible to all. The employees were rude and disrespectful. Our key stopped working at 8am when check out was 11am. Horrible place to stay.

Decent enough

Pretty terrible motel. Dirty rooms and sheets and bathrooms and the unprofessional staff is the cherry on top.

It was great. Breakfast wasn't as good as it used to be. But other than that was great.
