일상생활을 마치고 방에 돌아왔을 때 방이 너무 어수선하고 방 청소도 제대로 안 되어 있었어요

We check in at midnight and everything was prepared quickly. Also get a free room upgrade. 😀.

The room is of decent size despite the land space challenge in this city. Bottled water was provided daily. As it was online transaction, the checking in and checking out were a breeze. Arrival was earlier than the checking in time, storage luggage service was provided. The walk form the hotel to the nearest MTR station took more than seven mins. However, the saving grace of this long walk was cutting across the Kowloon Park which was refreshing and pleasant as in to be connected with nature in the heart of the urban concrete jungle.

I ordered a non-smoking room, but got a room with a strong cigarette smell.

Very convenient location, friendly staff and great room size, value for money.

Room are very very smallest and not really cleaned. Bathroom is old and dirty smells like concrete.

Despite the hotel ' s age, it is well kept and felt clean throughout. Room size is definitely a big plus for our family of 3. Convenient locations just next to Harbour City (but a bit of a walk to MTR). Would stay here again when I'm next in town.

Best moment to spend with my mom at this Royal Pacific Hotel, great location and services. Main suggestion always opt to book bigger or suite room since it's located in main building where restaurant & fitness center located. I love doing morning exercise viewing panoramic Hong Kong Harbour from here. Shopping just next door, Harbour city shopping mall, very scenic & strategic location.

Would be better with better pillows.

ดีมาก พักฝั่งเรสสิเด้นท์ ที่นอนหมอนผ้าห่มสบายมาก คุ้มและสะดวก แนะนำเลยค่ะ

We stayed here because we're leaving for Macau on the next day. And it was a perfect decision because this hotel is actually linked to the China Ferry Terimal. One of the staffs escorted us to the Ferry Terminal, helped us with the luggage. Oh, and we got a room upgrade so overall it was nice 👍 the only downside was that it's quite distance from MTR station tho.
