La propiedad esta bien, solo los alrededores un poco sucio, pero adentro estaba limpio y el personal muy agradable, por el precio esta excelente , volveria a hospedarme otra vez ahi, muchas opciones de comida

Run down everywhere except the sheets. Top blanket had a red/brown drop stains. Bathroom is chipping away and the tub is worn. The mirror in the room was cracked in the corner really large. Wasnt the worst. But it was sketchy for sure.

Felt really unsafe. Super sketchy area and tons of people loitering in front of the building. Halls were noisy at night. Bed and room were acceptably clean besides one bug. Was tolerable for an overnight stay for the price but would be awful for anything longer

Everyone was so friendly and courteous. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in beckley

Me, my fiance and baby traveled from North Carolina visiting a friend. We booked the room online so we’re not familiar with the area. Upon arrival there were sketchy individuals that we were not sure about and it almost made us not want to stay. The room was decent and average. The coffee from the breakfast area was disappointing and the beds were not that great. The outdoor pool was not much of a pool at all but more like a big tub with water in it! The surrounding town was very poor and sketchy looking but we managed not to hang out at the hotel for very long. Basically was just a place to sleep at night. Would recommend for a single individual that’s traveling and just needs to rest but not for a family looking to vacation or relax. The maids walked around knocking on doors from 7am to 9am to ensure everyone was getting out even though check out was at 11am. Made us feel like we couldn’t sleep in or take our time leaving. This hotel has a second floor which you can hear every foot stomping around. Sounded like a herd of elephants and made it very noisy to be able to sleep in at all. The tap water smelled like straight chlorine which must be a WV thing. The lady at the front desk was very nice and checked us in quickly.

Front desk was awesome room was clean. Bathroom had a pee like smell kinda like a cat or dog and floor was sticky.

Hotel was clean and quiet. No elevator, so be prepared for that. Pool closes really early at 9 pm. Price was reasonable. The breakfast wasnt really anything and coffee was terrible. I feel guilty complaining about that because price was so fair. Ihop across the street. Nice people at front desk.

When I got to my room, I noticed the fridge was not cleaned out. There was a drink and some candy in it. The carpet was a little damp near the bathroom. The next morning when I went to get in the shower, I noticed the shower curtain was missing. Thankfully, the person at the front desk remedied that right away. Also, breakfast is very minimal (cereal, bread to toast, yogurt, wrapped coffee cake). Not an ideal breakfast if you're going hiking that day.

Clean and quiet! Plus well- located. We would stay here again.

Wonderful hotel! We traveled with children and our dog, and our rooms were great. Air conditioner worked beautifully and our bathroom was very spacious. Will definitely stay again!
