얼음 부탁했는데 서비스에대한 사전 경고없이 6 euro 를 달라고해서 황당 했음

Not the best location from the station, but still good. Decent 4star hotel, but the beds were uncomfy. Breakfast on the firstday was ok, and next day was bit worse than the first one. It looked like sone left overs from the previous day came back. It's maybe because it was off season, so there were not many people?? It offered kind porter-service, and the lobby was comfy. I loved Parma so much, and am sure that the hotel was one of good things there.

Hyvällä alueella, helppojen kulkuyhteyksien varrella. Valoisa ja mukava hotelli. Aamupala niukka, mutta riittävänä. Näkymät huoneista melko kehnot.

Situato in ottima zona per poter girare a piedi il centro storico. La camera (matrimoniale deluxe) è abbastanza ampia e ben pulita, solo un po' di polvere nei punti più nascosti. Ampia tv in camera insieme a tutti i Confort che ci si aspetta. Colazione sufficiente, sia dolce che salata. Niente di speciale ma abbastanza varia. Ci ritornerei

Good location, nice staff

Location is very good. Walking distance to railway station and old town. Hotel does not use its potential. Breakfast was very bad and service could be better. Rooms and lobby areas needs a big upgrade before hotel can reach 4 stars.

Staff was good. The room was very dusty especially in the closet and the hairdryer. The shelves inside the mirrored closet were dusty. The hairdryer filter was filled with dust that it wasn’t working until I removed the buildup from the filter then the hairdryer was working afterwards.

Hotelli oli hyvä, huoneet olivat mukavat,vaikka eivät vastanneet luvattua superior tasoa.Normaali koko, ei 20 neliötä. Hyvä aamupala, lähellä keskustaa.

The rooms were nice but the bathroom needs updating. The air conditioning worked well but the bathroom could have been cleaner as there were some areas that clearly had mold in the shower. The staff were excellent and the included breakfast was very good with a large selection of hot and cold items. The location was also very good, just a 10 min walk from the main city centre with lots of restaurants and shops. There is no hotel parking. You can park overnight on the street from 7:00pm until 8:30am, however finding a spot was a challenge. There is a paid parking lot nearby but would not fit a larger multi-person van

Bra hotell alldeles vid gamla staden. Gångavstånd till alla sevärda byggnader. Domen i staden var något alldeles särskilt. Har aldrig sett en kyrka så utsmyckad. Helt otroligt. Och staden i sig bjuder ju så gärna på sina godheter, så som Parmaskinka och Parmesanost. Då otroligt gott. Parma är klart värt ett besök om man tycker om kultur och mat !

The room was tidy and small, but perfect for our two night stay. The location was a short walk from the train station and another short walk to the downtown area and restaurants. The breakfast was very nice, but the coffee maker only made one coffee at a time, and one of the two machines were not working, this made for a long wait for coffee.
