Stayed for five nights for a conference and had a very positive experience. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast generous and delicious, and personnel friendly and professional. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Stay – Special Thanks to Lukas! We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, and everything was spotlessly clean. But what truly made our experience unforgettable was Lukas. Lukas is an exceptional hotel staff member kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to make our stay as memorable as possible. He recommended a charming, authentic local restaurant where we had one of the best meals of our trip. He even checked the weather forecast for us and offered us an umbrella before we headed out such a thoughtful gesture! Lukas is a true gem, and we’re so grateful for his help and hospitality. Thank you for making our trip so special!

David was excellent when checking us in. He was helpful with the car parking and other questions. The last morning of our stay we discovered that the elevator was out of service. He quickly and graciously helped us with heavy bags in spite of everything going on. Great location.

Das hotel war super gelegen. Personal sehr freundlich. Hotel sauber, Frühstück ok, Parkplätze vorhanden

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel qui est très bien situé sur la ligne de tramway, juste à côté du Rhône. Des restaurants et boulangeries se trouvent à proximité. Le personnel à l’accueil était très serviable.

A localização é ótima para quem está de passagem por outro lado o hotel tem muita frequência o q torna um lugar só para uma noite só

Hôtel très bien situé et très bien tenu. Le parking est un plus pour 21 euros la nuit. Petit déjeuner un peu cher

Un hôtel à proximité du centre de Lyon où se déroulent les animations, donc idéal car l’on peut tout faire à pied. Chambre tout confort. Très bon petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet avec beaucoup de choix, salé et sucré. Personnel très aimable. Service impeccable !

L’hôtel est bien situé face à l’hôtel Dieu à quelques pas d’un pont qui vous emmène directement au centre ville en moins de 5 mins. Il y a également de nombreux restaurants dans le quartier. L’entrée de l’hôtel est sécurisée et le personnel est top. Les parties communes sont propres et agréables. La chambre me laisse un avis mitigé : literie relativement dure, certains oreillers ont manifestement fait leur temps, mauvaise isolation des fenêtres (heureusement le quartier est calme), pas de pression dans la douche et sèche cheveux bas de gamme qui se bloque régulièrement, fuite sous le lavabo qui mouille les serviettes propres (signalé avec échange des serviettes mais non résolu pendant le sejour), la tv est mal réglée et la télécommande simplifiée mode hôtel ne permet aucune modification.

L’hôtel est bien décoré et bien placé pour se déplacer dans la ville. Toutefois, celui-ci est bruyant, que ce soit les bruits dans l’hôtel ou les personnes qui hurlent à l’extérieur en pleine nuit, très mauvaise isolation. Aussi, même si la majorité du personnel est sympathique, une femme à l'accueil manque grandement de professionnalisme. Pas de VMC dans la salle de bain, qui rend la chambre très humide, difficilement supportable. La chambre manquait aussi d’équipement (chaussons, eau minérale, etc) pourtant indiqué lors de la réservation.

Great hotel with a wonderful upgrade. Very convenient, great bed and linens and great shower. This was at the end of a cycling trip and they helped us with our bikes and arranging a hotel to the airport that would fit our boxed bikes. Close to old town and many restaurants.

Dejligt hotel - venligt personale. Men et minus, når man kommer lidt sent - alle restauranter var lukket ned i området omkring hotellet, men den søde receptionist var så venlig at bestille nogle pizzaer udefra, tak for det.

Unexpectedly nice. Great location and very friendly staff.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel is very modern and clean. The shower was clogged when I first arrived and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. They said they would have their technician look at it but it never cooled the room down properly. After sweating in bed for hours unable to sleep I finally went downstairs and they provided me with a fan. I specifically chose this hotel because it had air conditioning. As I was leaving I found that the air conditioning unit had been leaking water all over the floor. For the price I paid to stay there for 3 nights I feel pretty taken advantage of to say the least.
