My daughter and I had a good stay. Although the place was a bit old and worn, it had all the necessary amenities. My daughter broke a glass, but the manager said it was okay.

Nice large space for entertaining and good amenities.

Room has been renovated since last stay and was immaculate upon check-in. No issues in the room.

We have been staying here for at least the last 15yrs. They have updated suites and we like staying there. Close to everything we like to do when in Ottawa.Staff,rooms excellent,always clean and staff helpful.

This was my third stay at Les Suites in the modern 2 bedroom family suite. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and the rooms have always been clean and in overall great condition. The location is good and parking in the garage isn't difficult. My only complaint is that the elevators are slow and crowded at check in time, and the wait time is a little frustrating. I understand that this is probably out of their control, though, so I would still recommend this place and give 5 stars.

This is our 2nd stay at Les Suites. From che k-in to check-out it was so fabulous! This time we stayed in 2 bedroom suite. Lovely! Highly recommend.

A great spot to stay while visiting family in downtown Ottawa.

We were expecting two beds but we only had a room with one bed + coach bed. They couldn't help us with that.

Size of room was exceptionally large and also fairly modern. If you need more space I recommend this hotel. Gym and pool was also nice and location is convenient next to the mall. Friendly staff as well.

Clean room, friendly and helpful staff

The accommodations were clean and spacious. We had arrived really late and were able to check in without issue. I was told parking was going to be extra which they billed my card for at that moment and they informed me that they didn't have any parking passes which was fine so they buzzed me in. The gentleman said I would be able to get a parking pass the next day. Next day rolls around and I ask for a parking pass. I explained that they didn't have any parking passes when I checked in and that they buzzed me in. The lady who I spoke to said they should have only billed me if they had a parking pass to give. Well, that wasn't the case and here we are. She was very hesitant to provide the parking pass which she finally did but it didn't work when parking the car. I had to be buzzed in and when leaving it didn't work either. Again I had to be buzzed out. Upon coming back from an event the pass still didn't work. The gentleman I spoke to said she had activated the parking pass for the day we leave which he fixed but the damage had been done already. I suggest working on your SOP's when something like this happens. Very frustrating as one persons action could totally ruin your stay. Would I stay there again. No.
