Good breakfast nice staff

Dissapointed.. i payed $150 ... the old saying you get what you pay for applies..too bad cleanliness is so expensive. Bathroom grout, shower floor, dirty. If it was vacuumed it was a very poor job. I never like writing a poor review.

There was roaches and the room felt wet. Pretty sure there was blood on the wall and the elevator got stuck. Over all, not a comfortable stay.

Bed was comfortable but the hotel shows wear and needs to be updated. For the price I paid I expected a more update comfort inn. The carpet was dirty and smelled mildew. The air worked fine which was a plus. I have stayed at the comfort inn and suites next door and it was much better. We didn’t eat breakfast so I can’t comment on that.

Dirty hotel and was given dirty linens when asked for some extras. Had stains on everything on the bed, walls, floors etc.

I thought pictures were misleading and the reality is something very different. Underneath our beds had garbage, carpet throughout the entire hotel so dirty. One of the worst hotels I have ever been in.

The room smelled horrible & the entire hotel was just so ran down & dirty. I will never come back! We went into our room for 10 mins & walked out & left because we were so uncomfortable in the room.

I stayed for 6 nights and it was terrible, I would not recommend to anyone. A/C unit leaks leaving the room humid and smelling horrible. The sink was broken leaking all over the counter and floor took me asking 4 times to get it fixed. The shower head had mold all over it. The floors inside the room were absolutely disgusting, grossed me out to walk barefoot. My entire stay the whole building reeked of marijuana even though they claim it's a 100% smoke free building. Everything was very unsanitary and just felt very gross. 0/5 stars. DO BETTER!!

Good location with easy access to highway. Property could use a little updating. Hallways and elevator areas could use some scrubbing/painting. Room was clean and quiet. Breakfast had decent choices. Pool was open and warm.

The carpet in the room was dirty. The air quality in was questionable. I developed a cough and talked to 2 other couples with complaint of breathing problems. The hallway also smelled bad.

Cheap is the word, we thought it was ran by Americans but it was all foreigners and it showed. Dirty facility, pathetic breakfast and no parking. I would not recommend if you have kids, not worth the savings!!

You can smell the damp rot all through the halls. We saw a bug run across the counter in the room as we walked in which prompted checking the mattress. I picked up our stuff and ran out as fast as possible. You will either go home ill or with uninvited guests.

It smelled awful! The sheets on both beds were dirty and covered in hair… the ceiling in the bathroom was literally peeling off. The carpet was disgustingly dirty that elevator smelled like an ashtray DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!

We have stayed at over 30 comfort suites and inns and this was by far the worst one we have ever been too. You can tell this place is old. Has had major waterleaks as walls a warped right in the lobby and by the elevator ceiling was moldy. Given what i know of this city having worked here for about a year, its not a bug surprise.
