we like to stay in this hotel because it's clean and close to train station and shops..also they 're very polite and they have a free shuttle bus to central..city..this hotel is convenience to stay..

I had the most pleasant stay here. The facilities are excellent. The receptionist and the housekeeping are very nice. The location is excellent, near the public transportation. Very recommended hotel!

Great location, clean room but a little small for family room.

The room is spacious, bathroom is clean. Hotel staff are helpful.Location is strategic. Near to bus stop, MTR station, tram-stop. near mini markets (7eleven, Circle K, Well come). Many restaurants and food stalls around the hotel.If you take Hong Kong Airport Express from/to the Airport, there's free shuttle bus service at the hotel lobby that will take you to/from Hong Kong Station (every 20-30 min.)

Great location, easy access to food and all kind of stores, even wet market. However staff's English proficiency is poor, unfriendly, and extremely slow. If it wasn't for the location, I wouldn't consider staying here.

The room smelled of cigarette smoke when the hotel is supposed to be cigarette free.

Nice hotel, clean, near a lot of good food, a little walk to MTR and Ding Ding station, can use their mobile phone in each room for communication and travel. Thanks.

Hotelnya besar, kamarnya besar karena kemarin ambil kamar premier. Kasur king size, ada bathtub, handuk ganti tiap hari. Cuma lokasinya agak susah ditemui karena ada dibelakang jalan besar. Kalau sampai malam hari mungkin agak susah. Dari MTT foresshill harus nyebrang jalan. Ada dibelakang olimpic mall. Sekitar hotel dekat 711, circlek, banyak kafe serupa hunghome bahkan lebih murah dan dekat pasar.

I found something different staying here. Although the midnight fire alarm suddenly sounds itself with a long duration & I contacted receptionist, engineering several times no one who picked up my phone.

hotel agak tua tapi kamar cukup luas dan fasilitas masih ok. lokasi agak jauh dari pusat keramaian. tapi dekat dengan tram, mrt dan bis. dekat cafe de coral, tim ho wan dan 7/11.

It was a very bad 4 nights stay.. Went to Hongking for vacation with my baby but thoroughly disappointed. This hotel claimed that it’s smoke-free, but the level (level 3) they put my family in has a very strong cigarette smell that my baby started coughing the first night itself. My husband woke up with a red and itchy eye and my baby’s body was itchy. Housekeeper said they will not change the sheets unless it’s already 3 nights. Room wasn’t cleaned properly and toilet was smelly. Sometimes our doorbell will ring at around 3am but there’s no one at the door. A huge mistake for us to stay there. Our family is going to blacklist this hotel as it just ruined our holiday!

I have a very pleasant stay. the staffs are so friendly and helpful. the location also great surrounding by restaurants and also nearby Nike and Adidas store. the hotel also near mtr easy to access. one more thing the hotel provide free hand phone with internet access so I can use it to find my way around the city using google maps
