번화가에 깔끔하고 서비스좋은 호텔에서 잘 쉬고 왔어요

호텔이 많이 오래되고 낡음. 오성급이라고 하는데 삼성급 정도임. 하루에 57만원이라고 하는 것이 믿을 수 없음. 성수기도 아님(9/26-10/1). 체류하는 동안 변기 수도관이 고장남. 물이 훌러 화장실 바닥에 흥건히 흐름. 방을 바꾸었으나 여전히 오래되고 냄새나는 방. 호텔축은 별로 미안한 기색도 아님. 다시 항의해서 방을 또 바꿈.

출장으로 갔는데 만족스러웠어요. 위치도 좋아요

Was lovely staff where so helpful as always

From check in to check out everything was perfect. My room was spacious, nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect for the city centre and underground parking is a major bonus. I had room service for dinner and it was delicious and delivered promptly. The bar had a lovely atmosphere and the staff at the front desk were really friendly.

Spotlessly clean, spacious comfortable room, excellent friendly courteous staff particularly in the bar and at breakfast. Understated luxury in a fab location.

The Conrad has become a home-away-from-home for the past four years. The warm and attentive staff, Well-appointed rooms, excellent service and perfect location keep me coming back.

The team working at the hotel were really helpful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon.

Room was spacious, clean and had good lighting. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurants had very tasty food. The location of the hotel was excellent. It was quiet but within walking distance to attractions and restaurants, pubs, etc

Absolute 5 star accommodation- excellent visit

The hotel lobby and amenities were really nice, however, the rooms were pretty standard for a Conrad and the price that you pay. I’ve stayed at much nicer Conrad hotels. We stayed at the Intercontinental in Dublin as well and I would say that it’s a better hotel for the price point.
