The staff are brilliant at this hotel big shout out to Jordan shame they are letting him go he is a star and deserves more always goes above and beyond will be sad when he is not there.

Staff very welcoming, polite and pleasant. Breakfast was good. Bed comfortable. Room was too hot, fan provided. No toiletries in bathroom. Paying for parking was a faff , having to download an app etc.

This is a great hotel the staff are fantastic, big shout out to Jordan who looked after my needs due to walking issues staff like Jordan make all the difference will book again

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Big negative for me and a reason not to stay there again is: Not being able to open windows feels claustrophobic, I need fresh air and to me is a fire risk. Felt very uncomfortable also as there was a strange smell when we arrived - probably cleaning products as it was spotless. Also having to pay for parking in a place that can only be accessed by car is terrible. And if so it should be done by reception not separately online.

Did not like windows were sealed off.Bit outdated and musty.Television not working and remote back missing.

What a fabulous hotel. Huge room comfortable bed, very clean, nice powerful shower, lovely quality furniture. Staff were lovely, helpful going above and beyond. Thank you all.

Comfy hotel but a little bit tired.

Sadly air con in room was faulty

We slept incredibly well and the staff were excellent. However, we booked an executive room for 2 nights & did not get any of the executive upgrades. This is the feedback we sent to the hotel on check-in evening but heard no response: Your website says that an executive room includes 1. Luxury bathroom with heated floor and steam free mirrors. There is no heated bathroom floor. We have an electric radiator with no instructions as to how to use it in the main room and no heating in the bathroom. No idea if the mirrors are steam free as not yet showered, but they don't look steam free. (edit: they weren't steam free) The bathroom isn't luxury. No luxury bathroom has a shower curtain. A luxury bathroom has a glass shower screen and door. 2. Luxury upgraded toiletry collection. We have a cheap small shower gel, shampoo and a tiny bar of soap. It's Travelodge standard at best and definitely not upgraded and definitely not anywhere near luxury. 3. Luxury towels and bathrobes. There's no bathrobes. My husband asked the night chap at reception and he laughed and said "first I've heard of it". 4. Mobile device docking stations. There are none. We don't need them, but you advertise them. 5. 32" flat screen TV and DVD player. There's no DVD player and the TV doesn't work. We were there for a funeral so weren't staying to use the hotel facilities, but it's a shame as the hotel is nice, with friendly, helpful and hardworking staff, but feedback was ignored.

Easy to find and lots of parking. Good on site restaurant with lovely breakfast at good price. Staff lovely and helpful. Bed was huge and underfloor heating in the bathroom a pleasant surprise. Just down the road is an outlet centre with lots of food outlets. Hard to beat for the price.

We had a nice warm greeting. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked for extra milk & sugar. Room spacious, bed comfortable and me and my partner had a queen sized one. Quiet, peaceful bearing in the mind next to dual carriageway we never heard a thing n we both slept very well. Breakfast was top quality, very tasty could tell it was local produce however, when our breakfast was brought to our table we found it very small as in one rasher of bacon, one sausage, one hash brown. Lots of options available as in continental. Towels were a little hard and rough and air conditioning wasn’t working however it didn’t put us off. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again….

Wonderful hotel, very clean / quiet, helpful staff who also welcomed the pooch. Great to find a fridge in the room. Only draw back, other than the car park, there is no real safe area to walk dogs, as the road outside is used as a race track!

A good value location with excellent standards in general - only complaint is TV Remote not working,.

We enjoyed our stay. Would we come again? Yes, I think we would if we had reason to be in the area again.

The hotel and the staff were really good. The bar area was clean and tidy with plenty of options whilst away for work. There was plenty on the menu and what I had was lovely. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help if there was anything I needed. The only issue was certain things in the room for when you are away with business were slightly lacking. There was no iron ironing board in your room. For the life of me, I could not get the heating to work and it was a cold night so the room was quite chilly. A couple of the light switches were damaged but nothing that couldn’t be worked around.. the Internet Wi-Fi speed was quite good. The other thing to point out is there is literally nothing around you so if you forgot anything you would have to drive to somewhere to get it. The downside was on my final night the fire alarms went off at 5 am and the staff commented on the fact that it had been a fault in the system for a few days which was quite annoying that it hadn’t been fixed as they were just trying to get the engineer out when it went off. Nothing would stop me from not using the place again.

Friendly and welcoming team from reception to restaurant and breakfast. Room was spacious clean and comfortable. Food was excellent and good value for money. Location was perfect for my needs too

All areas of hotel modern & well decorated, plenty of parking. Lovely rooms. Staff friendly & efficient, some of the best I have encountered ony travels

Very nice indeed

Food good, room nice but shower was rubbish. Very low flow of water and not too hot. Corridor doors make a noise when closing so get woken up early
