I arrived to check in told the front desk we made a reservation from a third party . We did the normal check in routine and then I shared we have a ADA animal and says it’s a charge . I said you can’t charge for ADA animals and she proceeded to tell me that if I had the dog with me I wouldn’t have been charged . I said the dog is our daughters who is in the car . She said it had to be with me. She continued to tell me I was being rude and that I had to pay a deposit and continued to charge me for the ADA animal anyway. Came to the room - it reeks of mold and AC doesn’t work well. Carpet is musty and wet ( wear shoes) mold or some type of dark substance is on the ceiling of the bathroom. I’m trying to calm kiddos with sensory and autism so this will be a NOT fun night! There is no where to get food unless you want gas station or vending machine food. In addition, you have a company who doesn’t know federal law and can’t find any number to corporate.

The place was dirty from top to bottom and I found a small roach in my room right before I checked out. Had I seen that the night before I would have left.

It was good for what we needed. my only review is the floor in the room could have been vacumed. We could have used a couple more hand towels and wash cloths. That being said. would stay there again if we went back to Decatur.

evidently i booked a smoking room, yuck, no other rooms were available and it was too late to go elsewhere. when i got back to my vehicle to park, two people approached me to ask for money claiming their daughter was staying and they needed money for her graduation party. There were children screaming, smell of pot coming from a room . overall, not a good experience

My reservation was made in Jan 2025 for a NON SMOKING room yet they had NONE available so the desk clerk CANCELED my reservation and sent me to A DIFFERENT HOTEL!!!!

No secure locking on my door Room number 110 Chain Lock was broken And the maintenance is really poor work The bed well what can I say it’s a bed not the best thing would I recommend it not for the price Sorry guys but I won’t stay there again

Whole place smells super strongly of smoke. The "free breakfast" is a total joke. There Is a little rack of honey buns and granola bars.

We stayed in room 104 the sink was missing a faucet handle the outlet by the mini fridge was coming out the wall and was burnt on front of if you touch it it will shut off the whole room and mold was above the shower head i took pictures of everything i will not stsy there agin.

Stay there was very relaxing and enjoyable.

Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE! My clothes stink of cigarettes. The whole place is beyond description. Everything is worn out and dirty. Hasn’t been touched since the 70s.

This place was in walking distances of my work

The whole facility was disgusting. Old, shabby, holes in sheets, blankets also stained. The chain for the lock was broken. The smell of drugs and cigarette smoke everywhere. NoThis facility is in dire need of renovation and updated amenities. The worn-out state of the furniture and linens is unacceptable. Damaged fixtures, such as the broken lock chain, present a significant safety hazard. These issues require immediate attention to provide a safe and comfortable environment. It is essential to address these concerns promptly to maintain the reputation of this establishment.

The only thing good was the woman checking us in was nice and accomodating. Confirmation said two beds, we got one. Had to move to smoking. Got to new room. TV was on and cigarette butts in toilet like someone was already staying there. Everything was dirty. Sheets had black marks. Coffee machine but no coffee cups.

The first room they gave us that we could not stay in had mold 3' up the walls and on furniture. the second one smelled bad the AC had a horrible smell, the hallway carpet was gross, and everything was sticky to the touch. It's not a good place. management does not feel the need to take care of the place trash all around the building

It was disgusting. Didn’t have high expectations but being in a non smoking room and then having cigarette burns in the sheets. I had requested to not stay there another night expressed my concerns. NO ONE got back with me.

There was blood on the door holes in the bathroom door the wall and shower had mold the AC was nasty
