i stayed in an suite at hilton. the furniture was faulty , like they bought it off temu as the desk was wobbly and the coffee table was flimsy too. as well it was hot in that room even when we had the ac on. other than that it was okay i guess

Pool unavailable as under renovation, they did offer to shuttle to nearby hotel to use their pool but we didn’t take them up on offer. Hotel shower water pressure was weak Was charged $15 per night for parking

Our stay at the hotel was extremely disappointing, largely due to poor communication and subpar customer service.First, we were not informed at the time of booking that the pool and spa were under renovation, this was the main reason we chose this hotel, and the lack of transparency was frustrating. During our stay, the power went out for several hours. I had to escalate the situation and ask to speak with a supervisor to get assistance with storing and warming my baby’s pumped breast milk. This caused significant stress and disrupted my baby’s feeding schedule.The overall service from staff was disappointing; they came across as rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. In addition, the heater in our room was not functioning properly, and housekeeping services were not provided unless we specifically requested them.Overall, this experience fell far below expectations, and we will not be returning.

Only reason why I booked the hotel was for the pool and sauna but they didn’t advertise it was broken. Very upsetting. Wasted $300. I wouldn’t have booked and I want my money back. There was also security standing outside my room and pacing the whole night which was very odd and there was people slamming doors all night. Do not recommend a stay here. Waiting to hear from Expedia I want my money back!

It was okay. Family of six staying in a suite. The fold out couch was probably the worst bed that we have ever had to use. Regular beds were only doubles and pretty hard as well, and was surprised to have to pay for parking.

The room was amazing. Only issue I had was toliets plugged at 9 pm and they send housekeeping up the guy flushed it and then said I will have to call maintenance. Only problem is maintenance doesn't come on til 7am. We will send someone up then. 8 am still did not come so we called down again and he arrived. It was in unsanitary to have feces sitting in a toilet all night and no washroom to use. Also air exchanger wasn't working and the room beside burnt something in microwave. They wanted to return our money but seeing as I paid through Expedia it was non refundable. Started they would give me pts on Expedia but unsure if that actually happened. So was disappointed in how the issue was handled for the cost.

The hallways and elevators were not cleaned regularly as there was garbage on floors and tabletops. The room had an issue with overheating and adjusting the thermostat did not help. Many loud groups of children in hallways, foyer and restaurant. Parents were obviously intoxicated.

Check in was great. Room stunk. We had a suite - grossed couch I’ve ever seen. Went to the lounge. Service was medi ochre. But I was charged 45 gratuity for a table of 3!
