전체 평가 및 리뷰 NH Collection Plaza Santiago

Es bueno para quien va a hacer el check in apartir de las 3. No deja entrar temprano nunca. Era mi 2nd vez de visita y las dos veces tuve dificultadeds por eso.u localizacion esta super y el cuarto es super limpio pero no receptan amable en recepcion. No me gusto nada de su servicio. No me volveria a visitar

관리가 매우 잘 된 숙소이고 주변도 좋았음

전체적으로 좋았으나, 칫솔이 없는 것이 약간 단점

호텔 시설은 비교적 낡은 편이나 지내기에 불편함이 없었습니다. 종업원들도 밝은 표정에 친절한 마인드였고, 영어로 의사소통하는데에도 전혀 지장이 없었습니다. 다만 저는 5층에 묵었는데 주기적으로 흔들리는 느낌을 받았었습니다, 이게 공사때문인지 무엇 때문인지는 모르나 소음과 흔들림은 옥의티였다고 생각됩니다.

Room은 좀 낡은 감이 있으나 위치가 좋고 호텔 식사도 만족스럽습니다.

Reservation hasn't been reached to the hotel when I checked-in. Though I showed my confirmation letter of hotels.com, they unwillingly accepted it. The room and the building were not that charming and modern. The nearby place is at the cetre of Santiago. Good for shopping.

Banheiro ultra pequeno. Cama muito alta tendo que usar um suporte para subir na mesma. Localização a 100m de um dos principais pontos turísticos. Havia uma senhorinha muito solícita que nos ajudava com as compras. Horario da limpeza deveria ser pela manhã, como é de costume. No último dia de nossa estadia voltei às 15h e não haviam preparado a acomodação. Café da manhã bom com muita variedade. Roupas de cama e toalhas de boa qualidade. Hotel bom pra pessoas mais altas.

No início nós deram um quarto diferente do padrão reservado, mas após conversado com o front desk fomos realojadas. Muito limpo, confortável e agradável. Facilidade de ser ao lado do shopping cosraneira. Café da manhã bom, mas doces muito artificiais.

The room was ok, showing a bit of wear and age. The big window was nice. Check-in wasn't great, I had to wait until exactly 3 pm to check into my room, even though the room was likely ready beforehand. When I asked about Expedia Gold and VIP benefits the staff looked at me like I was from a different planet. Location is good, but there are better, more friendly hotels nearby.

Great location, next to the shopping center, next to a great fum, next to great restaurants, and in walking distance to San Cristobal park for walking and jogging.

The Hotel was very conveniently located and the main lobby area was really great. The food and drink were not expensive. However the rooms and else where in the hotel were very tired and in need of modernisation And the railings in the lifts were smeared I felt I couldn’t hold onto them. Our room was clean but there were chips out of the table and the area around the sink in the bathroom was chipped also. The swimming pool however was great and we really enjoyed swimming after a days sight seeing. The shower rooms were a bit old and worn . All said though we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Santiago and very much looking forward to coming back to the hotel . It was unfortunate that there was a country wide power cut in the middle of our stay although the hotel had there own generator so we weren’t out of power for too long well done

Las instalaciones no son lujosas, pero son prácticas y funcionales, limpias y cómodas. El personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar en lo que necesites. Está en el centro comercial de Santiago de Chile, a 100 metros, se encuentra un centro comercial (mall) que se llama Costanera, muy grande con un supermercado enorme y es el edificio más grande de Latinoamérica, con un restaurante giratorio en el último piso. Una cosa importante es que no necesita convertidores de corriente, que en Chile es 220v y 50 ciclos porque cuentan con enchufes de pared para 110v.

The place is very well maintained, organized and near the places we were looking for. Good location and safe We would recommend the hotel for other people

Upon arrival at 11 pm, after a long trip, I was informed at the reception of this hotel that there was no room available for me. Note, I had done my check-in through a link provided by the hotel 2 days earlier, where I was even assigned room 701. I was then transferred to another, where in the next morning I was told the truth. My room was given to somebody else coming in a big group in a cruise, completely different from the excuse I received before. I travel constantly around the world, more than 150 nights per year in hotels. In the last month alone I was in Australia, Thailand and Singapore. Never I have been treated with such a low level of respect and complete lack of professionalism. This is a hotel to be avoided at all costs.

Me quede 4 noches en el NH. Esta super bien ubicada, centro comercial, bares, restaurantes etc. Buen desayuno, buena vista desde el ultimo piso. El personal muy amable. Tiene minibar y maquina de nespresso en el cuarto. Voy a volver a quedarme en este hotel

Lobby is stunning, room was run down. Noisy even on 16th floor. Pool was ok but only 4 chaise lounges. Mold in shower, peeling paint on ceiling, hole in duvet cover. Mostly upset about the $26usd cab ride the front desk arranged… uber charged $8 for return trip.
