깨끗하고 조식이 맛있었어요. 난방도 잘 돼요. 로비가 예쁘고 엘레베이터가 두개여서 편했어요.

리셉션 직원들 마다 친절도가 조금 달라서 호텔에 대한 이미지가 그저 그렇다

번화가에서 가까운곳에 위치하여 관광하기 좋았습니다. 직원들은 모두 친절했고 룸컨디션도 좋았습니다. 다만 창문을 열면 다른 객실들에서 훤히 보이는 구조였고 혹시 모를 상황에 대비해 창문은 계속 닫고 있었네요. 카부르를 선택한 이유인 루프탑 테라스는 갑자기 내린 비로 인해 이용할 수가 없었습니다. 너무 아쉽네요ㅜ

Everyone is so nice and helpful! It was also in a great location with an amazing rooftop picturing the entire city.

the room was really good, clean and had a great view to the city. the breakfast was phenomenal, it had so many options.

We stayed here 4 years ago and I remember Joe well kept the hotel was. Coming back and recommending it to a friend was a mistake. Hotel rooms are not well kept, drawers with paint chipping . Bathroom floors looking worn out and found knotted long hair on the bathrobes which was reported. Good part was they let me stay in the same room as I booked two separate rooms as I originally planned to stay just one night. Anyway, it is close to everything.

This hotel was the best hotel that we stayed at during our trip to Italy. It is also conveniently located to the Uffizi and the Galeria dell'Accademia. Additionally, we found a laundromat just a block and a half away, where you can wash/dry two loads for just about $20. Carlo, one of the hotel reception clerks, is a genius for recommending the restaurant "The Divine Comedy Restaurant," a Tuscan steakhouse, which was splendid. The breakfast here was the best breakfast we had at any of hotels we stayed in Italy. The juices and the yogurt-fruit bar with toppings was out of this world. This will be the hotel I stay at if I ever visit Florence again.

We had a very good stay. The location is perfect for walking everywhere and really enjoying the surroundings. The only minor issue was that the bath water drained a little slowly, but it didn’t affect our overall experience. Would happily stay again.

Great room , amazing service , and an absolute spectacular Breakfast !!! One note: like most downtown or center city hotels, you will hear noise from outside (people being loud late at night) but it’s all good and we had a nice stay. Room was clean and had plenty of space. Thanks for having us :)

Super clean hotel! The breakfast was delicious! It is a long walk from attractions. We enjoyed the long walk we felt we saw more of Venice. It is 5 minutes from the Jewish Ghetto. It is right on the canal and was very easy to get to on water taxi. I do wish that the had wash cloths for bathing. Otherwise great place to stay! I highly recommend!
