It was a good stay

We stayed a total of 4 nights and our room was not cleaned once. We had to go get more towels and even asked when our room would be cleaned and they said every 3 nights. This arrangement isn’t what I would call “Quality”.

The rooms were not clean at all, dirty sheets which we had to ask to get changed and when we did ask they were making a fave trying to tell us that they can’t change it for some reason, and even after changing it, the new one was also dirty. Everything is so dusty and old the covers barely fit on the mattress, and the AC was only going on one level and we couldn’t change it as the button was broken, so we basically froze ourselves all night. The breakfast was also not good, the sausage patty that me AND my friend each got were both raw, cereal was stale, the yogurt fridge wasn’t even working so it was warm, watery yogurt. The lobby always smells like alcohol and overall the neighborhood doesn’t seem safe at all.

Room was very far especially when you have kids . Breakfast wasn’t that good.

The bed skirts had stains and a dirty hair clump stuck to it. Door got jammed constantly and only one key card worked sometimes

The hotel is clean, plenty of parking, the beds are comfy and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Room was clean, breakfast was very good. Some construction had doorways blocked

Overall the hotel lobby, hallways, rooms, and dining area were clean & well maintained. All staff were very friendly. Breakfast was great both days we stayed and the menu changes daily. Wi-Fi was strong throughout the facility. Beds were comfortable. Housekeeping refreshed our room without us asking, even though there are signs that you must request housekeeping. Of the 5 different hotels we stayed at on our week-long family trip, this was by far the favourite.

Check in was quick and efficient. The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast looked good and the menu changes each day for 3 days. We would stay again. Location was good and lots of parking.

A great place to stay for a few days while in Edmonton. A good free breakfast and a decent room.
