숙박 시설은 좋은데, 주차가 힘들어요

안족합니다

직원들의 서비스 수준은 상당합니다. 하지만, 숙박시설 주변이 다소 혼란스럽고 위험합니다. 그리고 오래된 호텔이기에 주차장이 너무 비좁습니다. 이런 단점을 제외하면 대체로 무난한 호텔이라고 판단되네요.

위치는 넘 좋았으나, 미니바가 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 호텔 룸서비스 시간도 아쉬웠고요.

호텔 위치 좋습니다. 걸어서 20분 이내에 몬트리올 시내의 거의 모든 관광지 도보로 관람 가능합니다. 호텔 위치가 시내 중심 이다보니 주변이 매우 혼잡하고, 주차장 입구가 호텔의 뒷편에 위치하고 있어 처음에는 찾기 어려웠으나, 호텔 정문앞에서 호텔을 끼고 바로 우회전하여 골목으로 들어가면 쉽게 찾을 수 있습니다. 리셉션, 발렛파킹 모두 굉장히 친절하고, 호의적입니다. 미니키친 (전자레인지포함)이 구비되어 있어 웬만한 간단한 요리 가능합니다. 아이들과 같이 여행할 때 편리합니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어있습니다. 추천합니다.

호텔 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 깨끗하고, 직원들도 친절하고, 수영장 이용도 편리합니다. 주변에 많은 관광지가 있어 접근성도 좋습니다.

Always stay at same place we tried many other hotels but we think this our place. It’s cozy excellent location great staff and we like the restaurant Zante downstairs. My wife always talks about bedding she says it’s the best at this hotel. Nearly 25 years we go back and forth.

After many pleasurable stays here, our latest was marred by the fact that we a- were not told of size restrictions for parking on site b- were offered zero assistance in finding an alternative to this obviously stressful reality, simply told to move our truck from the valet site and sent out into the city to fend for ourselves. On Xmas. During a storm. Needless to say it ruined Xmas night, and our truck was ultimately broken into and vandalized as a result. Seems logical to predict that guests may travel in pickups during winter, and having a plan to assist with safe offsite parking should be part of the service.
