숙박 시설은 좋은데, 주차가 힘들어요

안족합니다

직원들의 서비스 수준은 상당합니다. 하지만, 숙박시설 주변이 다소 혼란스럽고 위험합니다. 그리고 오래된 호텔이기에 주차장이 너무 비좁습니다. 이런 단점을 제외하면 대체로 무난한 호텔이라고 판단되네요.

위치는 넘 좋았으나, 미니바가 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 호텔 룸서비스 시간도 아쉬웠고요.

호텔 위치 좋습니다. 걸어서 20분 이내에 몬트리올 시내의 거의 모든 관광지 도보로 관람 가능합니다. 호텔 위치가 시내 중심 이다보니 주변이 매우 혼잡하고, 주차장 입구가 호텔의 뒷편에 위치하고 있어 처음에는 찾기 어려웠으나, 호텔 정문앞에서 호텔을 끼고 바로 우회전하여 골목으로 들어가면 쉽게 찾을 수 있습니다. 리셉션, 발렛파킹 모두 굉장히 친절하고, 호의적입니다. 미니키친 (전자레인지포함)이 구비되어 있어 웬만한 간단한 요리 가능합니다. 아이들과 같이 여행할 때 편리합니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어있습니다. 추천합니다.

호텔 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 깨끗하고, 직원들도 친절하고, 수영장 이용도 편리합니다. 주변에 많은 관광지가 있어 접근성도 좋습니다.

Gem of a place near the base of Mount Royal. A little bit of a walk to some attractions, but that was part of the fun. And the roof top pool was definitely a bonus to cool off in during our stay. Will definitely stay there again

Beds were great but the hotel rooms are old looking. Bathroom was way to small for two people. The reviews were fantastic, I would rate it as ok. Breakfast buffet wax fine but not as spectacular as rated. Would I stay again, maybe. It is central and it does have underground parking. Beyond that, it was meh….

The Hotel is clean and comfortable even though it is on the older side. The staff is super friendly and helpful, we were met outside and given assistance getting the luggage out of the car and then had the car valet parked. Check in was very easy, our room was ready at 4 PM and our luggage was taken upstairs by the porter. We felt we were well taken care of during our stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was the best if you want to stay downtown but not quite in the action. We were only blocks away from food, museums, gallery and shopping. We will definitely staff there again the next time we visit Montreal.

The hotel room was fine except the "floor to ceiling" windows were filthy due to construction next door. The view was an open excavation and building walls...Could have been more up front about that, but understand they can't control construction.. The rooms are not sound proofed...could hear other guests and noisy stairwell because the elevators were slow so alot of people used them. Otherwise, the little hidden kitchen was well equipped. Staff was friendly.

Would not go back.

Excellent location. Room was spacious but dated. Air conditioning was marginal. Elevator waits were frustratingly long.
