숙박 시설은 좋은데, 주차가 힘들어요

직원들의 서비스 수준은 상당합니다. 하지만, 숙박시설 주변이 다소 혼란스럽고 위험합니다. 그리고 오래된 호텔이기에 주차장이 너무 비좁습니다. 이런 단점을 제외하면 대체로 무난한 호텔이라고 판단되네요.

위치는 넘 좋았으나, 미니바가 없어서 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 호텔 룸서비스 시간도 아쉬웠고요.

호텔 위치 좋습니다. 걸어서 20분 이내에 몬트리올 시내의 거의 모든 관광지 도보로 관람 가능합니다. 호텔 위치가 시내 중심 이다보니 주변이 매우 혼잡하고, 주차장 입구가 호텔의 뒷편에 위치하고 있어 처음에는 찾기 어려웠으나, 호텔 정문앞에서 호텔을 끼고 바로 우회전하여 골목으로 들어가면 쉽게 찾을 수 있습니다. 리셉션, 발렛파킹 모두 굉장히 친절하고, 호의적입니다. 미니키친 (전자레인지포함)이 구비되어 있어 웬만한 간단한 요리 가능합니다. 아이들과 같이 여행할 때 편리합니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어있습니다. 추천합니다.

호텔 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 깨끗하고, 직원들도 친절하고, 수영장 이용도 편리합니다. 주변에 많은 관광지가 있어 접근성도 좋습니다.

Toujours très agréable!

Spacious and clean rooms. Location is central to shopping areas and nice restaurants. Quiet hotel. The front desk staff was quite accommodating the day we checked in. Due to flight delays we got to the hotel outside the check in time. My husband and I got there about 10am got breakfast close by and came back to wait and they saw how spent we were and was able to get us a room for us to rest. I can't say thanks enough as we were traveling a day with no sleep. Thanks to these wonderful front desk staff. Each day housekeeping cleaned our rooms and refreshed towels and coffee. There is a little kitchenette that was helpful as we stayed 6 nights as part of my birthday celebrations. Wonderful front desk staff always helpful, personable and professional. Great value for money too. Thanks for a great stay guys!!!!

Quarto ótimo, confortável e hotel bem localizado.

I have stayed here many times before. The room was clean, but could use a comfortable chair to sit in. I had breakfast there twice. The buffet selection was good , the resyarant was was nice and bright, but the coffee was weak. Overall, I will have no qualms about staying there again

Our rooms were not properly cleaned all the time. Beds are half-made and kitchen was a mess.

I was honestly surprised how basic the room was compared to the online photos. I’m not hard to please but if I splurge on a room for a much needed break, it’s a hard reality when there is a disappointment. Extra charges for parking and breakfast if you need those services as well. We ended up going home. I won’t be returning as I don’t see the value in what is offered.

Clean room, quick

We were in the deluxe king suite which had a small kitchen area, allowing for leftovers or drinks in the fridge and reheating in the microwave. Not essential, but appreciated. The nespresso machine was welcome but there were only 4 pods included with further pods available for purchase. King bed was nice and wide. It was a little firmer than we’re accustomed to but still slept well. Technology was a little older; i.e. could not cast to TV. Shower was in a tub, which was fine, but people taller than 6’ may find the showerhead a bit low. Fitness room was good. At least one of each machine you might want to use. Pool was not open when we were there due to season so can’t comment. Room was well cleaned every day. Location was suitable for access to downtown and Mount Royal. Most tourist places within 20-30 minute walk as well as easy access to underground Montreal and metro stations. Even on the 17th floor, traffic and construction noise was noticeable. It is on a major roadway so not unexpected, but something to consider. Overall, room was good, staff were friendly and efficient and location was ideal for the price point.

I understood that breakfast was free. Unfortunately it was not.

We found this to be the perfect hotel for our family of 4-two teens. The beds were comfortable enough, and they were kind enough to provide extra pillows when requested. The room was big, the kitchenette was helpful, and the halls surprisingly quiet. The blackout curtains were excellent and it meant the kids slept in while we went and explored the city. Great location if you want to be downtown. We had a quick walk home from a Bell center concert. The nightlife is vibrant so walking never felt sketchy. Front desk staff were always there and were super helpful. It was perfect for what we needed.

Well trained, attentive staff, great service and a nice "feel" about the horel. Excellent food at the Grrek restaurant on site. I went back all 3 nights I stayed. The breakfast buffet looked great at the hotel restaurant.

Good location, good price.
